This weekend, Wiesbaden becomes a meeting point for thousands of anime, manga and Japanese culture fans as brings its incredible community together once again.

Since 2002, has helped shape anime culture in Germany — and today it stands as the country’s largest fully volunteer-run anime & manga convention.

We couldn’t be happier to be part of this city and this community.

An diesem Wochenende wird Wiesbaden mit der Connichi erneut zum Treffpunkt für Tausende Fans von Anime, Manga und japanischer Kultur.

Seit 2002 prägt die Connichi die Anime-Kultur in Deutschland mit – und heute ist sie die größte vollständig ehrenamtlich organisierte Anime- und Manga-Convention Deutschlands.

Wir freuen uns riesig, Teil dieser Stadt und dieser Community zu sein.

From a 4-year-old holding a cello to commanding the double bass on the world’s biggest stages. Alex’s journey started long before anime music entered the picture.

Classical opera is still home for him, but stepping into anime scores from the shows he grew up watching? That’s where the magic happens. Pokémon, Dragon Ball, Digimon, Ghibli… the soundtrack to his childhood, now part of his professional career.
