🇨🇳 13 Days in China: Part 1

From the futuristic skyline of Guangzhou to the breathtaking peaks of Zhangjiajie and the hidden gems of Enshi. this trip felt like traveling through different worlds.

✨ Guangzhou: Canton Tower, Huacheng Square, the Guangdong Museum and dazzling city lights along the Pearl River.

🏔️ Zhangjiajie: Walk beneath the legendary Tianmen Mountain and explore the iconic “Avatar Mountains” that inspired Pandora.

🎭 72 Wonder Tower: A magical night of culture, lights and unforgettable performances.

🌄 Enshi: Adrenaline at Enshi Grand Canyon and stunning waterfalls along the Qingjiang River.

People think the hardest part of being a pilot is flying the airplane.

It’s not.

It’s waking up at 3AM for a standby call you didn’t expect.
It’s living in different time zones every week while your body has no idea what day it is anymore.
It’s jetlag, pressure, responsibility and constantly having to perform at 100% no matter how tired you are.

It’s missing birthdays. 😣
Missing weekends.
Sometimes missing life at home completely.

Being a pilot means becoming a high-performance human.
You learn discipline. Adaptability. Calm under pressure.
You learn how to make critical decisions while carrying hundreds of lives behind you.

And yet…

There’s still nothing like watching the sunrise above the clouds at 38,000 feet.
Nothing like pushing the thrust levers forward knowing this is exactly where you belong.
Nothing like seeing the world become your office.

It’s exhausting.
It’s demanding.
But for the right person… it’s the most rewarding life imaginable. ✈️

I missed flying while I was on vacation ❤️

One month off the grid.
Bali. China. I experienced so much magic, felt everything deeply and shared almost nothing.

Birthday memories from Chongqing 🇨🇳✨
Started my special day with the most wonderful breakfast at the Conrad Hotel, surrounded by one of the most beautiful hotel atmospheres I’ve ever experienced. After that, I explored the iconic Raffles City and soaked in the energy of this incredible city.

What amazed me the most: in China, you truly get so much luxury, quality, and experience for surprisingly little money. Chongqing completely exceeded my expectations: modern, vibrant, and unforgettable. 🖤

Would you visit Chongqing someday? 👀✨
