Dear beloved Thai Brothers and Sisters,
Cambodia seeks peace, not war. We know all too well the devastating cost of war from our own history. As fellow Buddhist nations, let us only claim what truly belongs to us. Let us take this matter to the international court and abide by its decision. Let us resolve our differences through legal and peaceful channels. Cambodia and Thailand will always be neighbors. We want a relationship of good neighbors, for peace, stability, and prosperity in both countries. The Khmer Empire once covered a vast territory, and we have already lost so much land to you and others. We simply protect what is rightfully ours.
