His sound is floating between several electronic genres, such as ambient, breakbeat, electro and house. With his infectious joy for life and energetic crowd interaction, Moses Joses turns a dance floor full of strangers into a vibrant family affair. As a longtime b-boy, he is deeply rooted in the hip-hop community and as a promoter, he has been a driving force in the local dance scene in Frankfurt am Main. In 2015, a trip to New York offered him a new perspective on electronic music. In a small club in Manhattan, he discovered the power of house music. Inspired by the sound of Chicago, Detroit and New York, a new journey began. Thereafter, he dedicated himself to music, quit his full-time job as an art director and initiated ZSA ZSA, a record label and open-air that is committed to pushing the boundaries of contemporary club culture. As a DJ, Moses has performed at clubs, festivals, raves and institutions locally and internationally, such as Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm, Frankfurt (2021); Galerie Kurzweil, Darmstadt (2021); Tanzhaus West, Frankfurt (2022); Silbergold, Frankfurt (2021); TEDER.FM, Tel Aviv (2022); Suzanne Dellal Centre, Tel Aviv (2022); Goethe-Institut Marokko, Rabat (2022); Nu Spirit, Bratislava (2020) and Arche Ahoi, Innsbruck (2022). Over the past months, Moses was invited to a panel discussion at Frankfurt’s Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm, co-founded the radio show Bauch Beine Po and launched the club night Gimme A Break!
