Auf Seite 113 geht es um Alfred, den KI-Kommunikationsassistenten für Merck Group . Alfred unterstützt Teams bei Kommunikationsaufgaben und zeigt, wie KI sinnvoll in bestehende Arbeitsprozesse integriert werden kann.

Auf Seite 125 wird Talking Paintings im Museum für Kommunikation Frankfurt vorgestellt. Dort können BesucherInnen mit Alan Turing sprechen und Geschichte auf eine direkte und interaktive Weise erleben.

Zwei spannende Beispiele dafür, wie KI Kommunikation, Wissen und Geschichten lebendiger machen kann.
