Digital sovereignty begins on the ground.
With Germany’s data centre footprint expected to grow by 80% by 2030, sovereignty has become a real estate, infrastructure, and energy conversation, not just a cloud one.
At Tech Show Frankfurt 2025, power grid access, localised ESG requirements, and “sovereign-by-design” architecture emerged as mission-critical concerns for operators and developers.
As we build Data Centre World Frankfurt 2026, we’re working directly with the community to address:
- How can we meet ESG and sovereignty targets simultaneously?
- What does sovereign facility design look like in a colocation/hyperscaler world?
- How do policy, supply chain resilience, and location strategy intersect?
