In my role as the Director of Global Communication at Mytheresa, I am leading the global PR, Corporate Communication, Social Media, VIP & Talents and Events teams with 25+ people including external agencies and consultants. I am responsible in overseeing the global PR strategy, ex*****on of all international brand & standalone events, the collaboration with VIPs, content creators and talents for digital campaigns and physical experiences as well as all Social Media channels.

With more than 15 years experience in the high-fashion sector and 13 years at Mytheresa,I have a profound understanding of the luxury market and proven success history in creating money-can’t-buy experiences for the top 1% wealthy of the world, supporting the launches of new categories, developing new customer approaches, the communication for a listed company and M&A activities.

VP & Global Creative Director | HUGO BOSS

Morten Grubak is a Danish creative leader passionate about building immersive brand worlds people can truly feel. As Global VP Creative Director at HUGO BOSS, he drives the creative transformation of both brands into the new world of entertainment.

Before joining HUGO BOSS, Morten led the creative evolution of Zalando, shaping its first global brand narrative and creative vision, “A New Style of Entertainment,” and guiding a major brand refresh that helped fuel an 87% share price increase.

Previously, he spent over a decade at VICE Media and Virtue Worldwide, where he helped turn Virtue into a global creative powerhouse, launching culture-defining, award-winning work such as Backup Ukraine and Carlings Digital Collection.

Driven by ideas and powered by strategy, Morten thrives on courage, collaboration, and creative impact, always chasing the question: Can you feel it?

Introducing Diana C. Milesi
Executive Producer | CANADA

Diana C Milesi began her studies in Audiovisual Communications at Barcelona’s Autonomous University before completing her degree in Cinema Studies at Paris‘ Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris III). She furthered her skills by studying screenwriting at NYFA in New York, followed by her time as a screenwriter for Spain’s national television, where she specialised in creative documentaries.

Since 2012, Diana has gained experience in production for CANADA, working on iconic music videos such as Phoenix, Trying To Be Cool. She joined CANADA and NEVADA (CANADA’s sister service company) as a full-time producer, evolving to an Executive role. In 2020, she co-founded CANADA’s Photo Department focusing on brand, fashion content and stills.

With a background in crafting global 360 campaigns to localised editorial projects for globally influential brands like Google, Nike, Mercedes-Benz, Bottega Veneta, Prada, The North Face, Gucci, Audemars Piguet, Moncler, Adidas and many more. Ufuk focuses on narratives that reflect the pulse of modern identity and creativity. He brings to the jury a deep appreciation for bold aesthetics, cultural relevance, and stories that move beyond trends to leave a lasting impression.
