Mini Pancake Recipe🥞 🤤. Your Kids and whole family will surely love it ❤️
Ingredients:
1 cup (125 grams) all purpose plain flour
2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch salt
2/3 cup (160ml ) whole milk
1 large egg at room temperature
2 tablespoons (30 grams) melted unsalted butter
extra butter for cooking

Procedures:
To make the batter, in a bowl whisk together all purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder.

In another bowl or jug whisk together whole milk, egg and melted butter.

Whisk milk/egg mixture into dry ingredients until just combined. You may need to add a little more milk if the batter is too thick.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle pan over medium-low heat. Grease with a little butter. I prefer only a minimum amount of butter, or it will burn.

Drop a small amount of batter (approx 2-3 teaspoons) from a spoon onto the heated pan. Mini pancakes should be no larger than 2 inches or 5 cm.

Cook for about 45 seconds or until a few bubbles form and pop on the surface. Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown about the same as the first side.

Transfer to a plate and keep warm until all the batter is cooked.

You can eat it with nutella or Jam and fold it just Like in the pictures. It would good for a snacks or for Kids baon sa school!

MOIST BANANA BROWNIES
Ingredients :
2 large banana
2 large eggs
100g soften or melted butter
150g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
200g whipping cream
185g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
50g ground Almond (optional)

Creamcheese frosting ingredients:
120g Butter
125g powder sugar
250g Creamcheese
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Procedure:
Preheat oven 170 degree Celsius. Prepare All Ingredients.
In a Mixing Bowl mash banana. Add eggs, butter Sugar vanilla.Mix very well. Add whipping cream and whisk well until well combine.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda , salt. Add to Banana mixture. Whisk to combine until smooth. Add Almond (optional) skip it if you don’t have ground almonds.
Brush baking pan with butter or oil. Pour Brownies batter into baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely!
Making Creamcheese frosting: Beat Butter 📷 and powder sugar until smooth. Add cream cheese, vanilla and lemon juice. Whisk 1 minute.
- Spread Creamcheese to brownies. Refrigerate atleast 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite drinks!

How to make tasty Shumai/Siomai ❤️
Ingredients:
500g Ground pork or beef or chicken
150g Mushrooms, minced
150g Shrimps,minced
1 Medium Carrot, minced
1 med Onion,minced
2 stalks spring onions
100g Corn starch
1/2 tbsp Chicken powder or beef granules
salt and ground black Pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 large Egg🥚
Wonton wrapper

Dipping sauce:
150ml soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
2tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
Toasted garlic
A little Chili paste, optional

How to make:
1. Combine all ingredients except siomai wrappers . Adjust seasoning according to taste. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. Remove filling from fridge. Scoop about 1 table spoon full of filling and put it on the center of wrapper; fold all edges up and flatten top and bottom. Repeat procedure for remaining mixture.
3. Spread oil on a tray of steamer. Steam for about 20 minutes, or fry in cooking oil until light brown.
4. Serve with soy sauce, fried garlic, and lemon juice , chili paste dipping sauce.

Chocolate Moron 😍😋
Ingredients:
Vanilla Mixture
1 cup rice flour
1 cup glutinous rice flour
½ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can coconut milk -400ml

Chocolate Mixture:
1 cup rice flour
1 cup glutinous rice flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can coconut milk -400ml
1 cup chopped roasted peanuts optional
12-14 pcs Banana Leaves – 6x10 inch

Procedures:
In a deep pan, add rice flour, glutinous rice flour and sugar. Whisk to combine.
Add coconut milk and vanilla extract.
Simmer over low heat while stirring regularly until very thick, sticky dough forms. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Chocolate Moron
In a deep pan, add rice flour, glutinous rice flour, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Whisk to combine.

Add coconut milk and vanilla extract.
Simmer over low heat until it thickens slightly. Add chopped roasted peanuts and continue to simmer until very thick, sticky dough forms. Transfer to a bowl to cool down a bit.

How to make:
Heat cleaned banana leaves to make them pliable.

Divide the dough into 12 -14 portions each. Take a portion of the white moron and place it on top of one side of the banana leaf and flatten it about 6x4- inch rectangle.

Place a portion of chocolate moron and spread it on top but just within the white one.

Gently roll the two into a cylinder then wrap it with the banana leaf. Tie the ends with a kitchen twine or use a thin strip of banana leaf as a twine. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.

Place the rolled suman moron in a steamer basket and steam over low heat for 30 minutes.

Take them out of the steamer and transfer to a plate to cool down. Serve with hot coffee or hot chocolate.

Suman Malagkit Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups glutinous rice
3 cups coconut milk
1/2cup sugar
Pinch of salt
banana leaves ,- pambalot

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Clean the banana leaves using a wet cloth. Cut them into 9x6-inch rectangles. Set aside. If leaves feel stiff, briefly pass over gas flames for about 10 to 20 seconds until pliable.

2. Rinse and drain glutinous rice .

3. In a large pot over medium heat, mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are completely dissolved.

4. Add the glutinous rice. Bring to a simmer then turn heat to low and cover. Let it cook until all liquids are absorbed. Add water if needed. The rice should only be almost cooked at this point. Let the rice cool down a bit for easier handling.

5. Scoop about 2-3 tablespoons of rice into a banana leaf and roll into a thin log. Fold 2 inches of each end towards the middle to enclose the rice. Do the same to the rest until all the rice is used.

6. Place the logs in a steamer basket, fold side down, and steam for about 30-40 minutes.

7. Remove the suman from the steamer and allow to cool. Unwrap banana leaves and transfer to a serving plate.
Serve with your choice,- sugar or latik sauce or chocolate syrup 💋

Easy 4 Ingredients Cassava Cake❤️
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 1/2 cups grated cassava
• 1/2 cup white sugar for caramelization 1/2 cup brown sugar or white sugar
• 600 ml coconut milk 1 cup shredded young coconut

PROCEDURES:
1. In a saucepan with low to medium heat, melt 1/2 cup sugar until it caramelizes or becomes golden brown.
2. Once done, pour and spread in the bottom of a tin then allow it to cool down.
3.In a bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups grated and squeezed fresh cassava, 1 cup shredded young coconut, 600 ml coconut milk , and 1/2 cup sugar . Mix well until sugar completely dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture in the prepared tin with caramelized sugar. Spread evenly by tapping or shaking slightly.
6. How to Bake Cake in a Water Bath:
Boil a pot of water (boil more than you think you'll need). Pour hot water around the edges about halfway up the sides of the springform pan. Steam first for about 30 minutes in 200degree Celsius and reduce the heat at 175 degrees Celsius and continue steaming/baking for anoth 30-40 minutes.
7 After an hour, remove from the oven or from the steamer and place the cake in a banana leaf. Cool completely and cut into 14-16 equal slices.
9. Then separate each cake slices into a cupcake liners. Serve and enjoy!

Note: For selling purposes, put cassava cake bars in a box and it's ready for sale.
