Press Release
As part of the national celebrations marking the 26th Anniversary of the Glorious Throne Day, the National School of Business and Management (ENCG) will host a distinguished intellectual conference on July 17th at 5:00 PM, at the headquarters of ENCG in Ain Sebaa, Casablanca. The event will feature leading professors and experts from Morocco and across Africa in tribute to the visionary leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, whose reign has transformed modern Morocco.
The conference is organized by The New Africa Magazine, a Nigerian publication dedicated to leadership, diplomacy, and African development, in partnership with the International Center for Diplomacy, the International Observatory for Peace, Democracy and Human Rights Geneva, and ENCG Casablanca. The event will spotlight the brilliance of His Majesty’s leadership — blending strategic vision and human-centered governance — through pioneering initiatives promoting stability and sustainable development.
A cornerstone of this royal vision is Morocco’s leadership in Africa, exemplified most recently by the historic reception of Sahel foreign ministers, one of many initiatives reaffirming the Kingdom’s unwavering commitment to regional integration. His Majesty has consistently led with noble actions based on solidarity and mutually beneficial partnerships.
The Atlantic Initiative is a prime example of this approach, elevating maritime and energy cooperation to a shared development platform serving both North and South.
Similarly, the Nigeria-Morocco Atlantic Gas Pipeline stands as a living testimony to the King’s foresight, driving energy security, industrial development, and economic sovereignty across Africa.
This conference celebrates the impact and strategic direction of royal leadership, offering a moment of reflection on Morocco’s diplomatic and development contributions to Africa and the world.
On this occasion, The New Africa Magazine will officially present a special edition dedicated entirely to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, highlighting his exemplary leadership model rooted in strategic reform, moral clarity, and inclusive development — admired far beyond Morocco’s borders.
"It is an honor to join Moroccan and African intellectuals in celebrating a leader whose vision inspires a continent. His Majesty King Mohammed VI is not only a King but a symbol of Africa’s future, and I am proud to be present in Morocco to take part in this tribute."
