🍤🦪 Seafood Mix (Shrimp & Mussels) with Fresh Green Salad – Light & Delicious

Ingredients:

For the seafood:

- 200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 300g mussels (cleaned)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml white wine (optional)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the green salad:

- Mixed greens (lettuce, arugula)
- Cucumber slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt & pepper

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic
2. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes
3. Add mussels and cherry tomatoes
4. Pour white wine → cover and cook until mussels open
5. Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes
6. Add lemon juice and parsley
7. Mix salad with olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper
8. Plate seafood and serve with fresh green salad

Tip:
Throw away any mussels that do not open after cooking 🔥
