SMOULDER, the Canadian Epic Power Doom Metallers, are about to hit the road to support their latest, bestselling studio album "Violent Creed Of Vengeance" (Cruz Del Sur Music). They will be joined on the road by the Metal Blade Records artists DREAD SOVEREIGN - an Irish Doom Metal act fronted by the legendary PRIMORDIAL vocalist, Nemtheanga. We've been embracing Greek black metal and realizing that the more frequently we play live that we deeply enjoy the transcendental energy that comes with being crushingly heavy. There is simultaneously a noticeable shift lyrically and thematically into darker direction, as we observe rapid societal decline in the face of late stage capitalism. We’re experiencing in real time the consequences of normalizing and embracing fascist ideologies.
