In his directorial debut, London based director Robert Ristić explores the narrative of a young man on his journey through love and rebirth. Featuring Nasanin Dahaghin, the film explores elements of dance and themes of mental health as the two main characters balance and become aware of one another's inner darkness.

In our final chapter of retrospection we come full circle to our present day. The past two years in many ways brought us back to the very roots from which Qualia originated. May it be filmmaking road trips across America, or producing work amidst our hometown in Michigan; there's always a genuine warmth in revisiting familiar places with a fresh perspective. On the journey ahead we are eager to challenge ourselves with new collaborations across the world and ultimately to continue to exhibit compelling and personal works to our; our audience and our family. Thank you for your continued support in our endeavors and we look forward to sharing the next chapter of our creative journey with you soon!

From our first international premiere, to the many directorial collaborations between Germany and the UK, we look back on this time as an explorative journey both culturally and creatively. Yet amidst such an expansive backdrop, we were grateful to cultivate some of the most personal stories to date. It established a bond between our American and European based collaborators that to this day continue develop new works as as collective.

Today we turn 5 years old! Each year we've found ourselves on a journey discovering new concepts, meeting new filmmakers, and challenging ourselves with new ways in which stories can be told both through the production and presentation of film as a medium. With time constantly racing by, we decided to pause and take a look back at a few family portraits over the years. We've been incredibly fortunate to collaborate with so many people from one project to the next, and to you all we thank you from the bottom of our creative souls.
