Europe EES system (entry/ exist ) 🇪🇺

မနေ့က Europe မှ စတင်လိုက်တဲ့ EES system
Biometric border control system (တစ်နည်းပြောရရင်ကိုယ်ရဲ့ biometric info ကိုသူတို့စက်ထဲ registry လုပ်ပေးဖို့ လိုတာ)
ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ info တွေကို digital record လုက်တာ ( အရင်ကထက်ပိုထိရောက်ဖို့ )

ကယ် exam တစ်ခုတော့ပြီးပြီ ။ နောက်နှစ်ခုဘဲ ကျန်တော့တယ် ။

ဒီမနက် စာမေးပွဲသွားဖြေတော့ exam monitor က မေးတယ် ။

Do u know how many questions And how long will it take ?

Me : I don’t , I didn’t pay attention to that 😛

စားမေးပွဲဆို ရင်မခုန်တော့ဘူး ။ either fail or pass , if u fail , u will try again until u pass .

Today is leg day .

Germany ရောက်ပြီးကတည်းက weight တက် အဆီတက်လာလို့ gym ဆော့တာ တစ်နစ်ရှိပြီ ။

ဒီနေ့က အောက်ပိုင်းထိုင်ရတဲ့နေ့

အရင်ကကိုယ့်တပည့်တွေကို စာမှားရင်ထိုင်ထလုပ်ခိုင်းတာ ခုကိုအလည့် တစ်ပတ်နစ်ကြိမ်ထိုင်ထလုပ်ရတယ် ။

အလေးတိုးတိုင်းသတိထားပြီးမရတယ် ။ နို့မို့ဆို မသိမသာလေးအီးပေါက်မိတယ် 😂။ ကိုယ်ကတော့ အာ့လောက် ကျယ်မယ်လို့မထင်ဘူး လေ နားကြပ်တပ်ထားတော့ ။

Anyway အီးပေါက်တာ က normal activity ဖြစ်လို့ ကိုကတော့ normalize လုပ်ထားတယ် ။🤣

ကျန်းမာချင်ရင် လှချင်ရင် အလေးမ ။
အလေးမမနိုင်ရင်လမ်းလျောက်ပြေး ။

Selfcare ကအရေးကြီးပါတယ် ။ မကြာခင်ဆောင်းဝင်တော့မှာဆိုတော့ vitamin d deficiency ရှိလာပြီ။ depression တွေစလာမယ် ။

Metal health အတွက် running , jogging or weightlifting လုပ်ကြပါ။

Self care is the best care နော် ။ ကိုယ်ကျန်းမာ ဖို့ reason တွေ excuse တွေမပေးနဲ့ ။

ကျန်းမာရေး လိုက်စားဖို့ အကျင်လေးလုပ်ပါ ။
