Today is leg day .

Germany ရောက်ပြီးကတည်းက weight တက် အဆီတက်လာလို့ gym ဆော့တာ တစ်နစ်ရှိပြီ ။

ဒီနေ့က အောက်ပိုင်းထိုင်ရတဲ့နေ့

အရင်ကကိုယ့်တပည့်တွေကို စာမှားရင်ထိုင်ထလုပ်ခိုင်းတာ ခုကိုအလည့် တစ်ပတ်နစ်ကြိမ်ထိုင်ထလုပ်ရတယ် ။

အလေးတိုးတိုင်းသတိထားပြီးမရတယ် ။ နို့မို့ဆို မသိမသာလေးအီးပေါက်မိတယ် 😂။ ကိုယ်ကတော့ အာ့လောက် ကျယ်မယ်လို့မထင်ဘူး လေ နားကြပ်တပ်ထားတော့ ။

Anyway အီးပေါက်တာ က normal activity ဖြစ်လို့ ကိုကတော့ normalize လုပ်ထားတယ် ။🤣

ကျန်းမာချင်ရင် လှချင်ရင် အလေးမ ။
အလေးမမနိုင်ရင်လမ်းလျောက်ပြေး ။

Selfcare ကအရေးကြီးပါတယ် ။ မကြာခင်ဆောင်းဝင်တော့မှာဆိုတော့ vitamin d deficiency ရှိလာပြီ။ depression တွေစလာမယ် ။

Metal health အတွက် running , jogging or weightlifting လုပ်ကြပါ။

Self care is the best care နော် ။ ကိုယ်ကျန်းမာ ဖို့ reason တွေ excuse တွေမပေးနဲ့ ။

ကျန်းမာရေး လိုက်စားဖို့ အကျင်လေးလုပ်ပါ ။

Reducing the hair losses

Germany မှာနေတဲ့ သူတိုင်း ကြုံရတဲ့ပြသနာထဲကတစ်ခုကတော့ ဆံပင်ကျွတ်တာပါ ။

ဒီကရေတွေက hard water ဆိုတော့ scalp build up ဖြစ်ပြီးဆံပင်ပါးလာတယ် ။

Research တွေလုပ်ပြီးတဲ့အခါ hser eh သုံးနေတဲ့ product မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ် ။

Vichy ရဲ့ dercos က စောနက build up ဖြစ်လာတဲ့ scalps တွေကို သူ့မှာပါတဲ့ aha နဲ့ exfoliate လုပ်ပေးတယ် ။

Ordinary ကတော့ ဆံပင်သန်လာစေတယ်ပေါ့ အတိုရေးရင်။

ဆံပင်ကဒုတိယ မျက်နာပါ ။ ဈေးများပေမဲ့ invest လုပ်သင့်တယ်လို့ ထင်တယ် ။ ဆံပင်ပါးလာတာ စသိပြီဆိုရင် ဒီproduct ကိုသုံး ။ အရမ်းပါးနေရင်တော့ dermatologist ပြပါ ။ ပြောင်နေရင်တော့ ဆံပင်စိုက်မှရမယ် 😝

☘️ Germany မှာ လူတိုင်း health insurance ရှိတဲ့အတွက် dental check up လုပ်လို့ရပါတယ် ။

☘️တစ်ချို့ basic treatment တွေက free ပါ ။ တစ်ချို့ကတော့ ကိုယ်ရဲ့ pocket ထဲကပေးရတယ် ။ or 50/50

☘️ဆိုတော့ ဘာတွေ check မလဲ။??

☘️Routine dental check
သွားပိုးတွေ ရှိလားစစ်တယ် ။ cavity ကိုစစ်ပါတယ် ။ free ပါ

☘️ပိုးပေါက်ရှိရင် ဖာပြီး filling လုပ်ရတယ် ။ အဖြူ(tooth color filling ဆိုရင် ပိုက်ဆံပေးရတယ် ။ မဖာရင်သွားကိုက်မှာပါ ။ Hser eh က သုံးချောင်းဖာရမှာ ။🤣 standard filling ကပေးရန်မလို free .
