Sziget Festival 2025 was one for the books! ✨ Within more than six unforgettable days, 416,000 Szitizens experienced the renewed Island of Freedom, with a fresh look, new festival districts, and spectacular shows.

From Charli XCX’s electrifying green-themed opening, to performances by Shawn Mendes, Nelly Furtado, Kid Cudi, FKA Twigs, and Chappell Roan, plus magical Sziget Specials like the Superar kids’ choir and the iconic Queenz – every corner of the island was bursting with creativity and emotion. 💫

New hotspots like the Szoho District, Paradox Zone, and Delta District brought a new energy – with nightlife attendance up 40–50% compared to last year. In total, Sziget featured 1,073 performances and celebrated its 11 millionth Szitizen since the festival began. 🙌

Line-up news: The Kooks & Kid Cudi live at the Sziget Festival Official 2025 ✨🎉

Only a few more days until Sziget 2025 begins! The festival kicks off on Wednesday, August 6, and ends on August 11. This year's lineup features major international acts such as Charli XCX, Chappell Roan, Shawn Mendes, Justice, Empire of The Sun, Little Simz, and FKA Twigs, as well as an extensive program of electronic music, art, workshops, sports, and much more. 🙌

There are also two notable changes to the line-up: Kid Cudi replaces A$AP Rocky, who has canceled several European performances, and The Kooks take over the slot from Michael Kiwanuka, who has to take a break due to illness. Both acts will perform on the Main Stage on Friday, August 8. For Kid Cudi, this marks his first appearance at Sziget since 2011, while The Kooks will perform their rousing indie anthems right before him.
