Dinner in 10 Minutes! Chicken fillet with Vegetables in One Pan! Amazing
Ingredients (for 2-3 people):
400 g chicken fillet (white meat), cut into cubes or strips
1 carrot, cut into strips
1 zucchini, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, cut into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional for more flavor)
Lemon juice or a little parsley for serving (optional)
Instructions:
To fry the chicken:
In a large frying pan, heat the oil and add the chicken pieces.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cooking the vegetables:
In the same pan, add a little oil if necessary.
Add the onion, carrot, zucchini and pepper.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still slightly crisp.
Mixing:
Return the chicken pieces to the pan, mix everything together.
Add salt, pepper and (if desired) a little soy sauce.
Leave for another 2 minutes on low heat so that the flavors blend well.
Serving:
Serve warm, accompanied by white rice, bulgur or fresh bread.
Add a little chopped parsley or lemon juice on top for freshness.
