NEW GALLERY UP!
In November 2021, we went to explore an abandoned wire factory together with our good friend Biggi from Der Schlittenhundehof. We had no idea what this location had in store for us. Upon entering, we got lost in more than 300 years of industrial history - machines, clothing, furniture, and records were still left behind and in amazing condition🤩 The only downside was that the other factory hall was locked tightly, so we had no chance of exploring it. But still - this was one of our coolest explorations ever!

During our summer vacation 2020, we met up with our friend M I E R Fotografie to explore an abandoned villa not too far from the place where we were staying. The explore wasn't very demanding - parking nearby, easy access, no annoying neighbors...but that was proably the reason for the rather bad condition the place was in. Almost no furniture left, and lots of vandalism and graffit - it was clear that the local youth used this place for entertainment. At least we got to see this architecturally interesting place before it was struck by fire a couple of times over the past years...

Join me in taking a quick first look into the underground relocation "Achat" (Agate)! Work began in 1945 to excavate this tunnel complex for the production of engines for the Junkers aircraft factory. 👉Stay tuned for more🙂

NEW TOUR REPORT UP!
Looking back, this was without a doubt one of the best winter explorations we've ever done during all our years of urban exploration😍
Together with our good friend Pixelcracker, we explored an abandoned children's home somewhere in Germany. It was a very cold and sunny day in January 2021, the location was full of beautiful decay, and there was hardly any vandalism! We explored the huge site for about five hours before making our way home!

Ten years and one month ago, we visited this rehabilitation facility for orthopedic and cardiovascular patients, which had already been vacant for about ten years at that point.
The condition was surprisingly good, which was probably due to the fact that the police had been conducting training exercises there for some time - some of the cardboard targets were still there and caused a few startled moments😂
This tour also marks our very first encounter with Andreas from Lost Places in Schleswig Holstein und Umland, a meeting which led to a friendship that has lasted for over 10 years now😍

Some people take the scenic route. I like to take the subterranean one. Wi-Fi was terrible, though😁

NEW GALLERY UP!
We spotted this small bunker while driving around near our favorite vacation spot, and of course, we had to stop and check it out.
There was no access; the door was welded shut, so there are no photos from the inside. It took me some time to do the research for this place, because there is hardly any information available - but I managed to find out a bit about the history of this small bunker - and it did turn out to be pretty interesting🙂

Here's a short look at a former Soviet Nuclear Weapons Depot at Grossenhain Airfield in Germany. This is a true relic from the Cold War!
