"Sensors and Actuators Reports" is a now open for submissions, and welcomes original research articles, short communications, and review papers dealing with experimental aspects of sensors and actuators research. Led by Editor-in-Chief Professor Yu Lei from University of Connecticut, "Sensors and Actuators Reports" is a broad-scope, fully open access journal, and covers all aspects of sensors and actuators.
Sensors and Actuators Reports is a peer-reviewed open access journal launched out from the Sensors and Actuators journal family. Sensors and Actuators Reports is dedicated to publishing new and original works in the field of all type of sensors and actuators, including bio-, chemical-, physical-, and nano- sensors and actuators, which demonstrates significant progress beyond the current state of the art. The journal regularly publishes original research papers, reviews, and short communications.
For research papers and short communications, the journal aims to publish the new and original work supported by experimental results and as such purely theoretical works are not accepted.
The scope of Sensors and Actuators Reports encompasses, but is not restricted to, the following areas:
Chemical sensors
Sensor and Biosensor array
Lab on chip
chip
chip
Electronic nose
Gas sensors
Environmental sensors
Micro total analysis system
Microfluidic sensors and devices
Photonic and biophotonic sensors
Physical sensors (e.g., optoelectronic sensors, mechanic , thermal sensors, magnetic sensors, mass sensors, etc.)
Sensing principles and mechanisms
Optical devices and actuators
Electrochemical devices and actuators
MEM/NEM devices and actuators
Chemical actuators
