His intense live performances as well as his productions, like this year's EP on London-based Label Local Knowledge, explore the interesection of experimental sound, conceptual music and contemporary electronica.

For this month's show, he dived into his wider understanding of music as a medium for storytelling and utopia to create a spherical mix of Rap / RnB tracks, Leftfield Electronica and a few bits of Experimental Bass Music.

Back on air tonight from 8-10pm on Callshop Radio with Tinkah as my guest!

Actually been planning this one for ages, so I'm very gassed that it's finally happening 🌀

Influenced early on by the Soundsystem Culture and active since years under different aliases and with releases on labels such as Local Knowledge, Alphacut Records or Pressure Dome, Tinkah is now one of the most talented and interesting artists of the Leipzig scene – which he proved just last week during his amazing live gig at Transcentury Update.

Although he is usually associated with a very experimental and bass-heavy sound, today we get the rare pleasure of discovering his wider musical horizons. Get ready for a moody mix of spherical Rap/R&B and Leftfield Electronics. 1st hour warm-up as always from myself (RARRI)

Once again we are live on Callshop Radio later today 🌀

In anticipation of the weekend and also to make you forget the current weather and vibes for a second, the sound will be very clubby this time. Another reason for this is of course our guest DJ Luiser who is known for energetic sets full of bass, breaks, trance & euphoric pop moments.

I had the pleasure to have my good friend Unbekannt Verzogen as a guest this time.

You might know him from Sphere Radio or from his tape for Prepaid Records and you will definitely know him very soon as on of the Baemme founders since his good taste goes beyond music :)
