Support the Black Metal scene and keep it clean from n**i scum. 🙂🖤
Since that question was raised several times by now, here’s a hopefully clarifying answer.
Yes, I reused parts of two previously commissioned cover (released in 2019 and 2020) to create the two here pictured designs, both are available as print-on-demand shirts via my Bigcartel store: https://melinoesrealm.bigcartel.com/
Usually all of my commissioned work, and when I sell pre-made artwork, the license is exclusively to the client who purchased the artwork. There won’t be any alteration down the road, and when it comes to me selling shirts on bigcartel they’re all personal designs.
However, in this particular case I made an exception because I felt these designs deserved a remake and actual meaning that stands against the brown stench of a NS-ideology infested Black Metal scene. I didn’t make this out of spite or to badmouth anyone, to me it was just the perfect opportunity to visualize the issue with this so called “a-political” scene, which in most cases is just newspeak for supporting anything far-right. So at least the “Rainbow knight” design is a big fck off to the band I won’t name and that part of the scene.
Also, I’m currently optimizing the “Rainbow knight” design so I can finally offer it as print-on-demand shirt. The proceeds will be donated to support a scene related antifascist cause. Suggestions are as always welcome.
Further, I won’t be modifying and selling any other commissioned designs besides those two in the future.
