Day 5: I think we should all dance in more tables in 2026. From the first video of reluctance to finally acceptance! It was such a fun time to experience another country filled with people from all over the world singing the same song.

*PS- I thought this day was going to be the day proposed, but I was very wrong.

Day 2: Oktoberfest Throwback!

Honestly this was my favorite day of the trip. The best part about traveling for me is meeting new people and this day I got to laugh and learn with people from all around the world and share in this cultural experience that was Oktoberfest.

Did we drink lots of beer, YES!
Did we dance in tables, YES!
Did we make core memories with these people, YES!

Quite the Year !

It’s so easy to feel like you have not accomplished much at the end of the year. But take a loot back over your camera roll, your planner, your work calendar, and you might just realize you are further along than you realized. You aren’t starting over just leveling up to the next version of yourself.

Happy New Year Beautiful people! Looking forward to seeing who you all grow and transform into this coming year.

Day 7: Birthday in Amsterdam

Celebrating the love of your life in Amsterdam in Europe 5 days before you get engaged 10/10 recommend.

Fun Fact: we were not originally supposed to go to Amsterdam on this trip. We had planned to spend the day in Brussels and Antwerp but pivoted last minute because frankly we heard Amsterdam was more fun and it did not disappoint!

The staff at the last minute hotel we got were the nicest people I have encountered in Europe. One front desk person spent nearly half an hour making recommendations to us on how to capture the most of the city in one day. We went to coffee shops, frites stand, canal cruises, and ended with a restaurant recommendation by this same hotel staff member. It was delicious, and of course Connor met someone who went to his college, played soccer with his friends and was our server at a random restaurant in Amsterdam.

Overall, I still dream about this place cannot wait to go back and explore even more of the city.

Day 5 & 6: Paris, France 🇫🇷

From artwork in the Louvre, seeing the Crown Jewels a week before the heist, visiting the Palace of Versailles. Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I don’t think I will ever get over the architecture and the love like experience I have each time I visit.

Getting to experience the city of love with the love of my life was so incredible. I enjoyed laughing outside of a cafe. Riding bikes at night in the busy streets. Grabbing a late bite at a local spot and stopping just to get creme brûlée next to the Eiffel Tower. This was the day we really hit our stride. Also our only Airbnb stay of the trip which I think made it even more special.

I think everyone should visit at least once if you get the chance.

Day 4: Our full day in London!

I am so blessed to get to travel with ! He is my favorite person to see new things with and even old things in new ways. This day was our tourist in London, and we just got to walk and explore. From Buckingham palace and Big Ben to getting lost in a private community and finding hidden doors. This was a great reset day before the adventure that was the rest of this trip.

Day 3: Dublin, Ireland

This was the most American day we had on our European vacation because unbeknownst to us there was a NFL game in Dublin the weekend we went. This day was full of booze and bbq*. We got to experience to iconic Irish brands with our Guinness and Jameson Tour. Both were very visually appealing while remaining educational and the view from the sky bar at Guinness is a must see! Walking the streets seeing Steelers and Vikings fans felt more like I was in the streets of downtown Pittsburgh and less like a foreign country so Ireland definitely requires another visit.

*I cannot in good conscience recommend the bbq place we went to, just know it was near Jameson distillery.
