Deutschlandticket: Travel across Germany for only 49 euros per month!

Do you love exploring new places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures? If so, you might be interested in the Deutschlandticket, a digital subscription that allows you to travel across Germany by bus and train for only 49 euros per month!

The Deutschlandticket was launched in May 2023 and has been used by about 10 million people so far. It covers all regional and local transport services within Germany, including the MVG in Munich. You can use it to commute to work, visit your friends and family, or discover new destinations.

The best part is that the price of the Deutschlandticket will not increase in 2024. The Verkehrsministerkonferenz (Transport Ministers Conference) has decided to keep the introductory price of 49 euros for the whole year, despite the rumors of a possible hike. The federal government and the states will share the costs and use the remaining funds from 2023 to finance the ticket.

πŸ‘πŸ“‰ How much further will house prices fall in Germany?

After a brief pause, it's evident that residential property prices in Germany are on a downward trend. The scale of this decline is becoming increasingly clear.

For years, house and apartment prices in Germany experienced growth, but now they're dropping, prompting questions about how much further they could go. The German Federal Bank has issued a warning, indicating that residential properties in Germany were overvalued by an average of 20 to 30 percent in 2022, with overvaluations in major cities exceeding 35 percent. If prices continue to plummet, it might lead to a significant crisis.

Initially, the DZ Bank predicted a more conservative decline of up to 6 percent. However, it appears that this level has nearly been reached.
