Εκεί που η καρδιά ξέρει τον δρόμο χωρίς οδηγό.
Εκεί που η πρώτη ανάσα μοιάζει με τελευταία ένταση που φεύγει.
Εκεί που μηδενίζεις, ξαναρχίζεις, ξαναγίνεσαι.

Ανασαίνοντας στην Ανάφη. Αναφαίνοντας καθώς τη προσεγγίζεις, Φαντάζει σα συναίσθημα.
Είναι το «επιτέλους» που ψιθυρίζεις στον εαυτό σου μόλις πατήσεις το πόδι σου.
Κάθε επιστροφή, μια νέα αρχή.
Κάθε ανάσα, μια υπόσχεση ηρεμίας…

⛰️Περιπλανώμενη στα μέρη της Ηπείρου,-τη Λάιστα το Τσεπέλοβο,το Γυφτόκαμπο, το Ηλιοχώρι -ένιωσα ξανά το κάλεσμα της ρίζας. Εκεί oπου οι πέτρες μιλούν, τα βουνά κρατούν μυστικά, και οι ήχοι από το κλαρίνο αγγίζουν την ψυχή.
Κάθε βήμα στα μονοπάτια αυτά, είναι μια επιστροφή στο κέντρο μας — εκεί όπου γεννήθηκαν οι ιστορίες μας, η μνήμη.

Μυσταγωγικό και κατανυκτικό τελικά να χορεύεις ένα βορειοηπειρώτικο τραγούδι με το κλαρίνο του Πετρολούκα Χαλκιά στα βουνά. Συγκινητικό αλλά και εμψυχωτικό το άκουσμα καθώς παίζει ένα από τα βορειοηπειρώτικα μοιρολόγια: ένα παράπονο αλλά και μια δύναμη μαζί.
«Το μοιρολόι δεν είναι θρήνος μόνο… είναι μνήμη, είναι προσευχή, είναι ρίζα», όπως λέει κι ο ίδιος.

Εκεί, στην Ήπειρο, καταλαβαίνεις πως δεν χρειάζεσαι πολλά. Μονάχα να θυμάσαι ποιος είσαι.

📚Just finished “The Vegetarian” by Han Kang, and I’m still under the spell of Han Kang’s depiction of metamorphosis as a means of inner rebellion, rage and oppressing desire of life to be transformed into another form-a means of escapism from the brutality of the world.

💭This isn’t just a story about a woman who stops eating meat. It’s about resistance. About choosing silence over chaos, and nature over violence. Han Kang peels back the layers of identity, control, and trauma with haunting precision.

Yeong-hye’s transformation feels less like a breakdown and more like a radical escape — a quiet rebellion against a world that never truly saw her. It left me unsettled and deeply moved.

Epic! Classic!Wild!✨
Rock That Swing Festival hosted us on its 18th edition and the memories and inspiration it offered one more time are undescribable!5 days of classes with amazing teachers, fantastic parties at marvellous venues full of dance masters and theirs performances, unique vibe by musicians and their big bands!
Feeling so lucky I was able to be part of it for my eighth time and blessed for having around the amazing team of my crew and friends Rollin Foxes as well as friends and people I call dancing family from abroad🎉
💥Ignited and energised by the best —let’s bring this spirit Boogie Woogie Explosion Festival in May in Athens!!
I can’t wait💥
