tant for artists to have experienced, forward-looking and well-connected support from their management. With expertise and care, Artistainternational looks after singers and conductors by preparing them for the progression of their careers. Mezzo-soprano Idunnu Münch stars as King George III in Peter Maxwell Davies’ “8 Songs for a Mad King” with Manchester Camerata, conducted by John Andrews.

This powerful semi-staged programme explores the psychology of the mind through works by Peter Maxwell Davies, Errollyn Wallen, Judith Weir, and Schumann.

On stage twice:

Tenor Aljoscha Lennert sings Philip in Penderbayne’s “Die verzauberte Stadt” at the world premiere production at Aalto Musiktheater Essen.

Inspired by Edith Nesbit’s novel of the same name, the opera follows Philip, who creates an imaginary city from toys, books and his deepest emotions - only to discover himself transported into a real enchanted world. The performances are on stage from May 31 through July 4, 2026.

Soprano Anastasia Lerman makes her debut in the role of Iphigenie in “Orest” at the Tiroler Landestheater in Innsbruck.

The production, conducted by Rafael Salas Chía, is a contemporary musical reworking by Albrecht Ziepert of Georg Friedrich Händel’s “Orest”, with only fragments of the original score remaining as material reference. The work reimagines the myth of Iphigenie through a modern, hybrid musical language that sits between baroque memory and contemporary composition.

The opera premieres on May 30, 2026, with performances running through July 9, 2026.

The jury of Österreichischer Musiktheaterpreis 2026 (Austrian Music Theatre Prize) has nominated soprano Anastasia Lerman in the category of "Best Supporting Role" for singing Nanetta in Verdi’s "Falstaff" at the Tiroler Landestheater Innsbruck during the 2024/25 season.

Bass-baritone Benjamin Chamandy has been nominated in the category of “Best Emerging Talent.” This nomination recognizes his outstanding performances in the leading male roles in "Liebesgesang" by Pavel Haas (September 2024) and "Von Heute auf Morgen" by Arnold Schönberg (May 2025) at the Tiroler Landestheater Innsbruck. Congratulations!

The awards gala will take place in Vienna on September 8, 2026. We are keeping our fingers crossed!

Last month, tenor Aljoscha Lennert performed in the new production of Tarrodi's “Homo Oeconomicus” at Staatsoper Hannover. He will sing two further performances as Adam Smith - philosopher and economist, at the Ballhof theatre on May 17 & 25, 2026.

Making her German debut at Munich’s prestigious Stars & Rising Stars Festival, soprano Anastasia Lerman will perform in a Mozart soirée on May 16, 2026, appearing alongside baritone Michael Nagy, tenor Ilia Skvirskii, and Salzburger Hofmusik under the baton of Wolfgang Brunner. A highlight of the programme will be ”Der Hirt auf dem Felsen” by Franz Schubert, performed with renowned clarinetist Ernst Schlader.

On May 3, 2026, bass Christian Valle made his role debut as Padre Guardiano in Verdi’s “La forza del destino.”

onlineMerker.com stated on May 4: “Christian Valle gibt den Marchese di Calatrava und den Padre Guardiano mit tadellos geführtem, frei strömendem Bass.”

Conducted by music director Alevtina Ioffe, Christian will sing further performances of this new production at Bühnen Bern on May 8, 10, 12 & 24, 2026.

On May 2, 2026, soprano Anna Malesza-Kutny made her acclaimed role debut as Massenet’s Manon.
