Rebirth of an 80ies icon.
We were honoured to create its authentic mood and style,through a special color pipeline on Baselight.

It was shot digitally with Arri Alexa and when the editing was finished, we began to test the scenes with our own filmstock processing in Baselight.
Carefully we leveled out the digital limits for an analog filmtransfer process at DeJonghe laboratory in Belguim.
The filmtransfer was quite exciting under the tight schedule, but all parts played togehter very well and nevertheless we managed a very enjoyable final grading pass on the filmscan.

ERSTAUSSTRAHLUNG "RETTET DIE INSEKTEN" am Sonntag, 08.Sept. 2019, 20:15 Uhr im SWR. Der Film nimmt das Phänomen Insektensterben unter die Lupe, ergründet was passiert ist und was getan werden muss, um diese bedrohliche Entwicklung zu stoppen. Die Dokumentation ist eine Mischung aus nie gesehenen Verhaltenssequenzen, Archivaufnahmen und Interviews mit Experten aus dem Südwesten der Republik, die zum Thema Insektensterben wirklich etwas zu sagen haben, und die etwas tun, um den faszinierenden Sechsbeinern zu helfen.
