A week in Malta with pleasant sunny weather should ideally keep oneself calm and relaxed with less thought provoking ideas. But not for me! I just couldn’t dwell anymore on this and had to scribble away just to rest my mind 🙂

ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಜಗದ ನಿಯಮ. ವಯಸ್ಸು, ಕಾಲ, ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ, ವಾತಾವರಣ - ಹೀಗೆ ಹತ್ತು ಹಲವು ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ನಡೆ, ನುಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವು ಸರ್ತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವವೇ ರೂಪಾಂತರಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ. ಸದ್ಯ ನನ್ನ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನವಾದ ಜರ್ಮನಿಗೆ ಬಂದಮೇಲಂತೂ ವಾತಾವರಣದಿಂದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವದ ಮೇಲಾಗುವ ಗಾಢ ಪ್ರಭಾವವನ್ನು ಸ್ವತಃ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ನನ್ನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರುಪೇರಾಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಹೋದಾಗ, ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಭಾವನೆಗೆ ಒಂಟಿತನವೂ ಸೇರಿತು. ತುಂಬಾ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿ "wish you were here" ಹಾಡು ಕೇಳಿದಂತಾಯಿತು. ಹಿಂದೊಮ್ಮೆ ಇದೇ ಹಾಡು ಇಟಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನೊಬ್ಬಳೇ ಇದ್ದಾಗ, ಒಂದು ಅಂಗಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿಸಿತ್ತು. ನಂತರ ನನ್ನವನಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಪುನಃ ಅದನ್ನು ಓದಿದಾಗ ನನಗೇ ಬಹಳ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ! ನನ್ನ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಷ್ಟು ಬಿಡಿ- ಬಿಡಿ ಎಳೆಗಳಾಗಿ ಬಿಡಿಸಿ ಬರೆಯುವಷ್ಟು ಬಹಿರ್ಮುಖಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೆನೆಂಬ ಅರಿವಾಯಿತು.! (ಇದೇ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಬರೆಯುವ ಮನಸ್ಸಾಗಿದೆ.)

ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ನಿನಗೆ, ಕೆಲಸದ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಇಟಲಿಗೆ ಕಳಿಸುವ ಸುದ್ದಿಯನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಲಿನವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದಾಗ ಸಂತೋಷದ ಸಾಮಾ.....
