We Welcome the new Start in the Bavaria State Collections. However, we shall not forget why the scandal started: it is about the Restitution of N**i Looted Art hidden from the Museum for years and decades. Despite many Steps to be taken, this should be the Focus to bring back Trust and confidence that the Washington Principles are alive in Bavaria. The successful return of the Henry Gibbs painting from the Tate Gallery which we could enforce within a year at the Spoliation Advisory Panel Shows how it can work within a reasonable timeframe. There is no more time to waste and my Clients have been waiting for much too Long already.
