1985 kehrte mit Carl Maria von Webers Der Freischütz jene Oper zurück, mit der sich das Haus 1944 vor seiner Zerstörung verabschiedet hatte. PH25001 dokumentiert die Wiedereröffnung der Semperoper in einer Aufnahme von besonderem historischen Wert. 🎶
Ab 21. August erhältlich.

A historic moment for the Semperoper. ✨
In 1985, Carl Maria von Weber’s „Der Freischütz“ marked the return of the very opera with which the theatre had bid farewell in 1944, before its destruction. PH25001 documents the reopening of the Semperoper in a recording of particular historical significance. 🎶
