Jingle Berry Sangria
A bright berry-forward holiday sangria with citrus and sparkle.
Ingredients (serves ~8)
Base
1 bottle dry red wine (Pinot Noir, Merlot, or Garnacha)
½ cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or triple sec)
¼ cup brandy
½ cup cranberry juice
Fruit
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blackberries
½ cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 orange, thinly sliced
Holiday Touch
1 cinnamon stick
1–2 sprigs rosemary (optional but festive)
Finish
1–2 cups lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, or prosecco (added just before serving)
Ice
Instructions
Mix
In a large pitcher, combine wine, orange liqueur, brandy, and cranberry juice.
Add fruit
Stir in berries, orange slices, cinnamon stick, and rosemary.
Chill
Refrigerate at least 2–4 hours (overnight is best).
Serve
Add ice and top with soda or prosecco just before pouring.
