DOKKEN RELEASE RARE TRACK “HARD ROCK WOMAN” DIGITALLY FOR THE FIRST TIME 🎸🔥

Legendary hard rock icons DOKKEN (Dokken) have officially released the digital single and video for "Hard Rock Woman" - a track previously available only on a limited-edition 7” vinyl issued in 2020 to celebrate "The Lost Songs: 1978 –1981".

Originally recorded in 1978, the song captures the raw intensity and youthful fire that helped shape DOKKEN’s early identity and rise in the burgeoning Los Angeles rock scene.

Frontman Don Dokken reflected on the track’s origins, recalling late-night studio sessions in Manhattan Beach with producer and Paul Revere & The Raiders guitarist Drake Levin, along with drummer Bill Lordan and bassist Rusty Allen of Robin Trower’s band.

"Hard Rock Woman" is now available worldwide as a standalone digital single.

Cinematic symphonic metal collective CATALYST CRIME (Catalyst Crime) return with their stirring new single and video “Cursebreaker”, available now on all digital platforms via Massacre Records.

NIGHT TERROR ANNOUNCE FORMATION OF NEW METAL SUPERGROUP

Introducing NIGHT TERROR , a newly formed metal supergroup created by guitarist Jack Frost, recognized for his work with SEVEN WITCHES, Aldo Nova, SAVATAGE, Joey Belladonna, and LIZZY BORDEN. Emerging from the renewed momentum around SEVEN WITCHES, NIGHT TERROR unites a lineup of highly respected musicians with decades of collective experience in the heavy metal genre.

Joining Frost are vocalist Jason McMaster (DANGEROUS TOYS, WATCHTOWER), drummer Karl Wilcox (DIAMOND HEAD, TANK), bassist Dennis Hayes (ICED EARTH, SEVEN WITCHES), and guest keyboardist Eric Ragno. Together, the group aims to deliver a sound rooted firmly in traditional heavy metal, echoing the energy and spirit of the early 1980s and the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement.

The band’s forthcoming debut album "Return Of The Witches" takes inspiration from SEVEN WITCHES’ celebrated era, including the "Passage To The Other Side" period, emphasizing a classic metal approach: powerful vocals, commanding guitar work, driving rhythms, and a raw, authentic edge.
