Baked Omelette with Eggs, Spinach & Cheese – Ready in 15 Minutes! 🥚🌿🧀
In a bowl, crack 6 eggs, add a pinch of salt and black pepper, and whisk well.
Add a handful of spinach and mix until combined.
Grease a baking tray with a little oil and spread it evenly.
Pour in the egg mixture.
On top, add some cherry tomatoes, small mozzarella balls and grated cheese (kashkaval or any melting cheese).
Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
