Lemon Herb Chicken with Rice and Roasted Vegetables 🍗🍚🥕 | Easy & Delicious Recipe

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 cup rice
1 carrot, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Salt
Black pepper
A little paprika
Fresh parsley

Preparation:
Cook the rice in salted water until soft and fluffy.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Cook them in a pan until golden and fully cooked.

Roast or sauté the carrot, zucchini, and red bell pepper with a little olive oil, salt, and black pepper until soft and colorful.

Serve the chicken with rice and roasted vegetables on the side. Finish with fresh parsley and a little extra lemon juice.

Ingredients:

300 g beef steak, cut into small pieces
3 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Salt
Black pepper
A little paprika
Fresh parsley
Juice of half a lemon

Preparation:
Boil or roast the potato cubes until soft and golden. Steam or boil the broccoli for a few minutes until tender and bright green.

Season the beef pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the steak bites until golden and juicy.

Add butter, garlic, and lemon juice to the pan. Mix well until the steak bites are coated in the garlic butter sauce.

4 bell peppers

🇩🇪 Knuspriges Wiener Schnitzel nach deutscher Art mit Kartoffeln & Zitrone
🥩 Zutaten:
2 Schweineschnitzel oder Hähnchenschnitzel
Salz
Schwarzer Pfeffer
2 Eier
5 EL Mehl
7–8 EL Paniermehl
Öl zum Braten
1 Zitrone
🥔 Beilage:
Pommes frites oder Kartoffelsalat
Grüner Salat
👨‍🍳 Zubereitung:
Die Schnitzel leicht klopfen, damit sie dünner werden.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Drei Teller vorbereiten:
einen mit Mehl
einen mit verquirlten Eiern
einen mit Paniermehl
Die Schnitzel zuerst im Mehl, dann im Ei und zuletzt im Paniermehl wenden.
Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Schnitzel von beiden Seiten jeweils 3–4 Minuten goldbraun braten.
Auf Küchenpapier legen, damit überschüssiges Öl entfernt wird.
Mit Zitronenscheiben, Pommes oder Kartoffelsalat servieren. 🍋🥔
