Sad News: Liberian Movie Star Dugborma D,ies After Illness

Popular Liberian movie actress Dugborma has reportedly passed away after battling an unknown illness. The actress had reportedly reached out to the media yesterday seeking assistance with medication, but sadly, she d,ied this morning.

Dugborma was known for her roles as a native girl and appeared in several Liberian movies alongside actors including Paul Flomo, John Flomo, Wedigar, and others. Her passing has left fans, colleagues, and the Liberian entertainment community mourning the loss of a familiar face in the movie industry.

May her soul rest in perfect peace. 🕊️💔🇱🇷

Former Minister in Cameroon, Hon. Roger Melingui, 75, has married a 25-year-old woman, making him 50 years older than his new wife.

Melingui, who served as Cameroon’s Minister Delegate for the Budget from 1994 to 2004 and currently chairs the RDPC parliamentary group in the National Assembly, tied the knot with Priscille Poné over the weekend.

The marriage comes about two years after the death of his first wife, Marie Nicole, in July 2024.

The union has drawn attention largely because of the couple’s five-decade age difference.
