🚨 Milestone in heavy transport!
The newly developed STB 320 side girder deck from TII SCHEUERLE has successfully proven itself in the field: On July 9, Kübler Spedition transported a 285-tonne transformer for TransnetBW from station to the Weier substation – over a 10 km route featuring restricted access, sensitive bridge structures, and tight inner-city curves. With 320 tonnes payload capacity and axle loads under 12 tonnes, it enables transformer logistics even in infrastructure-limited areas.

💬 "The STB 320 is perfectly tailored to the needs of modern transformer transport. It gives us the flexibility and performance we need – even under the toughest conditions," says the team of Kübler Spedition.

SCHEUERLE RBTS in action for ENERCON 🍃
As part of a major repowering project, ENERCON is replacing older turbines with ten modern E-175 EP5 units – and relies on our SCHEUERLE Rotor Blade Transport System (RBTS) to handle some of the world’s longest onshore rotor blades with 86 m length.

From navigating narrow roundabouts and underpasses to reversing 800 metres on a farm track – the SCHEUERLE RBTS proves its strength with gyrostatic platform, high lifting height, and remote-controlled precision steering.

We’re proud to support ENERCON with technology that delivers flexibility, safety and confidence – right down to the last millimetre. 💪

The spectacular 72-metre Admiral Armani megayacht has been launched by The Italian Sea Group – and we’re proud to have played a part in it.

🚢 137 meters tall. 6,000 tonnes heavy. 296 used axle lines.
A project of superlatives – and SCHEUERLE was right at the heart of it.

On May 6, 2025, Vastwin Project Logistics successfully loaded a colossal gantry crane, built by ZPMC, onto the semi-submersible vessel Xiangtaikou. The move was powered by 296 SCHEUERLE SPMT axle lines and 12 PPUs, ensuring the 6,000-tonne, 137-meter-high crane was transported with absolute precision and safety.

🎯 The result? Four world records for gantry crane relocation:
✔️ Highest overall height
✔️ Highest center of gravity
✔️ Widest span
✔️ Heaviest transport weight

This impressive crane is heading to Kaohsiung Port, Taiwan, to support offshore wind energy equipment production – a green energy mission, moved by SCHEUERLE technology.

Vastwin’s team tackled major technical challenges with innovative SPMT configurations, digital real-time monitoring, and pinpoint accuracy during positioning. Their trust in our modular transport technology once again proves:
