We’re incredibly proud to have been the executing sound post-production company for this fantastic film, bringing the thrilling world of ‘s Ed & Edda to life through immersive audio.
It’s been a true privilege to contribute to such a significant milestone for the Mack family business and MACK Magic. We poured our hearts into crafting every soundscape, from the roar of the engines to the cheers of the crowd, ensuring an unforgettable cinematic experience for families everywhere.

🚀 What you can see here is not just an ordinary Baselight setup!

In just three weeks, we built and launched a fully operational Baselight REMOTE setup — bridging and our friends at in Cologne with real-time grading capabilities. Grading in our Berlin facility with the Blackboard 2, while the Baselight is running in Cologne!

What began as an ambitious timeline turned into a high-precision, cross-company collaboration. The result: seamless, location-independent color workflows without any compromise in quality or responsiveness.

This setup wouldn’t exist without the expertise, speed, and dedication of our teams and partners. Deep thanks to my technology team at Rotor Film ❤️🙏 (especially Sebastian Hermann), the team at WeFadeToGrey GmbH, FilmLight, AVS Medientechnik GmbH and advanced systems GmbH for moving fast, thinking ahead, and delivering tech that simply works.

🎬 FESTE FEIERN – wenn Familienfeiern zur innerfamiliären Tragödie werden 🎬

Stolz dürfen wir verkünden, dass wir die Postproduktion für die neue .de ‑Dramödie „FESTE FEIERN“ umgesetzt haben – ein turbulentes, zugleich rührendes Familiendrama mit Comedy‑Hintergrund.

📅 Der Film kann ab sofort im ZDF gestreamt werden!

Knut () feiert seinen 40. Geburtstag – und statt einer gemütlichen Party platzt ein brisanter, versehentlich geöffneter Brief in den Familienabend. Die Folge: alte Konflikte, Generationen‑Clashes und ein Abend voller Eskalation und Slapstick .

Wir feiern einen weiteren Erfolg für das Projekt THE OUTRUN– herzlichen Glückwunsch an Editor Stephan Bechinger ! 🍾

Wir freuen zu verkünden, dass Editor Stephan Bechinger den Deutschen Kamerapreis 2025 in der Kategorie „Bester Schnitt – Fiktion Kino“ für seine herausragende Arbeit an Drama „THE OUTRUN“ gewonnen hat .

Warum dieser Schnitt außergewöhnlich ist: - Die Jury lobte die Montage als „überraschend in den assoziierenden Details“ und als entscheidend für die Verbindung von Form und Inhalt dieses tiefgründig erzählten Films. Stephan verwandelt Rückblenden und Gegenwartsmomente in einen fließenden, emotional packenden Erzählfluss, der die Zuschauer:innen unmittelbar in das Bewusstsein der Protagonistin Rona zieht.

Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an das gesamte Postproduktionsteam von Rotor Film – von Conforming über Color Grading bis Ton – eure Leidenschaft schafft den letzten Schliff, der ein Werk unvergesslich macht.

We are incredibly proud to announce that:
- Kleber Mendonça Filho has been honored with the Best Director Award for his masterful direction of THE SECRET AGENT.
- The immensely talented has received the Best Actor Award for his powerful and unforgettable performance in the film.

🎬 Premiere Tonight: THE DISAPPERANCE OF JOSEF MENGELE 🎬

We are thrilled to announce that THE DISAPPERANCE OF JOSEF MENGELE, directed by , has its world premiere tonight in the Cannes Première section of the 78th Festival de Cannes .

Based on Olivier Guez’s Prix Renaudot-winning novel, the film delves into the post-war fugitive years of N**i doctor Josef Mengele, portrayed by August Diehl. It offers a haunting exploration of a man evading justice, from Paraguay to the Brazilian jungle .

As the post-production company, we are honored to have contributed to bringing this powerful narrative to the screen. Collaborating with the international production team and the visionary direction of Serebrennikov has been an inspiring journey.

🎬✨ The 78th Festival de Cannes has officially begun!

From May 13 to 24, 2025, the French Riviera transforms into a global hub for cinema, glamour, and storytelling and we will be there as well!

THE SECRET AGENT (O Agente Secreto), directed by Kleber Mendonça Filho, is competing for the Palme d’Or. Set in 1977 Recife, the film follows Marcelo, a technology expert seeking refuge during Brazil’s military dictatorship . Our team had the privilege of handling post-production for this compelling thriller.
