I have bad news.

If your team struggles with ex*****on, it’s probably not because:
· they don’t care
· they need more context
· they need another strategy deck
· they need “alignment”

It’s probably because you won’t stop talking.

I don’t mean in meetings. I mean in general.

I used to drop by my team almost daily with “quick ideas.” I thought I was being helpful. I was actually DDoS-ing their brains.

Ex*****on didn’t improve when we hired smarter people. It improved when I shut up long enough for habits to form.

That’s the uncomfortable part leaders don’t like to hear.

I wrote about this in a blog post.

It’s not motivational. It doesn’t promise 10x growth. It mostly documents how I got out of my team’s way.

Read it if your company feels busy, smart, and strangely ineffective.

The moment your company crosses ~50 people, ex*****on slows, and it’s not because your team got worse.

Most leaders respond by doubling down on 1:1s. That works for 20 people. At 80, it drains everyone.

Others add more meetings, dashboards, or reports. Those changes treat symptoms, not causes.

Speed comes back only when behaviors change.
→ Clear weekly priorities.
→ Simple, visible progress signals.
→ Short, reliable decision cycles.

Teams move faster when habits, not heroics, carry the weight.

We had an idea. Everyone got excited.

Then it spiraled. Fast.

Suddenly we were naming something we hadn’t even validated.

At some point, our team got good at turning small bets into slow-motion sagas.

Not because we were bad at our jobs. Because we wanted to be right and agreed too fast, instead of testing early.

What helped us were Minimum Viable Tests.

It's not a silver bullet, but a way to be wrong cheaper, faster, together.

It gave us permission to pause and ask: “Do we actually need to build this, or just ask someone?”

Sometimes progress looks like mockups, not milestones. Sometimes a 20-minute call saves you a quarter.

Anyway, this saved us from building a dashboard no one wanted. We built an API instead. The clients were happier. So were we.

🚀 We took a leap into the unknown and joined the World's Largest Hackathon! 🌍

We didn't have a perfect plan, but that's the point. Hackathons are messy, and that's where the magic happens. Thanks to .new for setting it up.

We wanted to push ourselves, stop overthinking, and just build with AI.

In our latest blog post, we share what it's really like to vibe code. Spoiler: It's not just about speed. It's a whole new way of thinking and creating.

We cover:
→ The real challenges of using AI tools (it's not as easy as they say!)
→ Why hackathons are the ultimate playground for innovation
→ The skills we're sharpening for the future of product development

We're learning out loud, facing weird edge cases, and enjoying the ride. If you've been waiting for the perfect moment to dive into AI, this is your sign to start messy and get your hands dirty.

Check out our journey and insights. Link in the comments.

You can feed 10,000 people. Build 10,000 homes.
But you’ll still never catch up with the need.

Why? Because the system isn’t broken—it’s working exactly as it was designed: for money, not for wellbeing.

As Dario Berrebi says,
👉 “You’ll never get there. It’s a stupid game.”

But there’s hope. And it's powerful.
🙌 Advocacy can change everything.
A small, skilled team can influence laws and shift entire systems.

It’s time we stop playing catch-up and start changing the rules of the game.

💬 What would it take for your org to go from service to systemic change?

You don’t need a massive team to land high-value accounts anymore.
The secret? Smart use of AI + real personalization.

What used to take 20 people and months of work, we rebuilt with 2 people, just to prove a point.

We designed a full, personalized, multi-touch B2B campaign to show what’s now possible when you combine AI, focus, and actual human intent.

⚙️ AI agents handle the lead research (bolt.new Bolt.new)

🧠 Psychology shaped the messaging

👥 Every message and touchpoint felt human, not robotic

🖥️ The landing page was personalized per account (in minutes, not days with Lovable.dev)

You no longer need a 20-person SDR + content + marketing ops org to run meaningful outreach. And if you do have that team, they can now work on more meaningful tasks.

It's such an interesting system. One that scales understanding, not just messages.

We put together a full breakdown (and visuals) of how this works.

👉 Check the video tutorial now: https://zurl.co/QXH75

This is what the future of B2B should feel like.

Not louder. Just smarter.

If your marketing team is still debating MQL definitions, you’ve already lost.

Alignment isn’t optional.
Experimentation isn’t a side project.
And AI is already rewriting how B2B teams operate.

The smart ones are building systems to scale with clarity.

This course is for them.
B2B Growth Marketing, redefined.

In climate and business, the bottleneck isn’t ideas. It’s action.

That was one of the underlying themes at the Urban Innovation Forum in Berlin yesterday, organized by the Tech Hub e.V.

Lots of smart people, bold orgs, and real traction in the room.

🟢 One thing that stuck with me: Berlin has cut its CO₂ emissions from 30M tons in 1990 to 15M today. Thanks Jonas Schorr (CEO, Impact ) for that stat. We're so used to bad news that progress starts to feel suspicious.

🟢 Many speakers pushed for an 80/20 mindset: focus on what actually moves the needle. In Germany, bureaucracy and pessimism sometimes gets in the way. People need to remember that processes are a means to an end. Not the other way around.

🟢 Nico Köllner () encouraged the audience not to be scared by complexity and just get started. Laozi would be proud: “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

🟢 Florian Hildebrand ( Carbon Technologies) shared exciting progress on carbon removal. Would love to have you on the Growth Leap podcast, Florian. I'm particularly curious how you navigated the leap from software to deep tech.

Kudos to Nicole Hilti, Frank Pawlitschek, and the team for building the future instead of just debating it.

Let’s keep moving.

Most outbound sales teams are playing a volume game—and losing.

In 2025, blasting cold emails and LinkedIn messages doesn’t work like it used to. Buyers are overwhelmed, skeptical, and ignoring generic outreach.

Michael Maximoff, co-founder of Belkins, figured out a better way:
✅ Warm up your prospects first—build relationships before making an ask
✅ Use content to create demand—not just direct outreach
✅ Align sales & marketing—so every touchpoint reinforces trust

His agency didn’t scale to 8 figures by spamming inboxes. Instead, they refined an approach that turns conversations into conversions—without burning out leads.

In my latest Growth Leap episode, I sat down with Michael to unpack:
🚀 Why traditional outbound is failing (and what actually works now)
🚀 How to align sales, marketing, and customer success into one revenue engine
🚀 The secret to founder-led sales and why CEOs must sell in the early days
🚀 How shared KPIs can transform your entire go-to-market strategy

This episode is packed with actionable insights for anyone serious about growth.
