Statement DHL:
Der Dauerregen in den vergangenen Wochen verursacht vor allem in Teilen Nord- und Ostdeutschlands Einschränkungen im öffentlichen Leben. Gesperrte und nicht befahrbare Straßen führen auch bei Deutsche Post und DHL zu längeren Laufzeiten für Briefe und Pakete. Im Wesentlichen handelt es sich um lokale – zum Teil zeitweise – Einschränkungen für die Zustellung infolge gesperrter Straßenabschnitte. Im Falle von Sperrungen einzelner Straßenabschnitte werden die betroffenen Postsendungen gelagert und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zugestellt bzw. ausgegeben. Die Zusammenarbeit vor Ort in den betroffenen Gebieten läuft sehr gut. In Abhängigkeit von der jeweiligen Situation vor Ort wird über die Wiederaufnahme der Zustellung entschieden. Unsere Betriebsstätten selbst sind nicht betroffen. Sie können auch weiterhin angefahren werden.
Wir tun alles dafür, um die Einschränkungen in den vom Hochwasser betroffenen Bereichen so gering wie möglich zu halten, Verzögerungen sind aber auch für die kommenden Tage leider nicht auszuschließen.

Angesichts der kürzlich aufgetretenen Gerüchte möchten wir als Unternehmen Klarheit schaffen und ein offizielles Statement abgeben.

Wie viele andere Unternehmen befindet sich auch die Pure Steel Records GmbH an einem Wendepunkt ihrer Firmengeschichte. Aufgrund der steigenden Rohstoffpreise, der Auswirkungen der Pandemie und der aktuellen Weltlage, sehen wir uns gezwungen Pure Steel Records neu zu strukturieren. Das Ergebnis dieses Prozesses wird eine Neudefinition unserer Ausrichtung sein. Die Produktion von neuen Releases haben wir aus diesem Grund vorerst zurückgestellt. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass wir uns von einigen unserer Weggefährten, sprich Bands, trennen müssen. Die Gründe dafür sind vielfältig.

Als Pure Steel Records schätzen wir das Interesse und das Engagement unserer Fans, Kunden und Freunde sehr. Es gibt jedoch Momente, in denen wir nicht alle Informationen sofort teilen können. In solchen Zeiten hoffen wir auf Euer Verständnis und bitten, von weiteren Anfragen abzusehen. Wir sind bestrebt, transparent zu kommunizieren, sobald es uns möglich ist. As a company we would like to clarify the situation and make an official statement regarding the recent rumours.

As is the case with many other companies, Pure Steel Records GmbH is currently at a turning point in its history. Due to rising raw material prices, the effects of the pandemic and the current world situation, we are forced to restructure Pure Steel Records. The result of this process will be a redefinition of our direction. As a result, we have put the production of new releases on hold until further notice. But this also means that we have to separate from some of our companions, i.e. bands. There are many reasons behind it.

As Pure Steel Records we appreciate the interest and commitment of our fans, customers and friends. However, there will be times when we will not be able to share all the information immediately. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and ask that you refrain from inquiring further. As soon as we are able, we will endeavour to communicate transparently. Thank you very much for your continued trust and support.
