Here is the bitter truth, when a baby lie in a transverse position V@ginal delivery is not possible unless the baby turns.
👉transverse lie at term is an obstetric emergency if labor starts. Early detection and planned cesarean delivery save lives.

📌But External cephalic version (ECV) may be attempted by a skilled provider
During labor or if ECV fails, Cesarean section is the safest option.
My advice opt for c/s to be on a safer side
