Next up on Saturday, 13th of September, the Schimmer Records Collective is taking over the Hidden Stage at the Free Flow Festival in Biberach an der Riß.

The line-up includes JK b2b Martin Georgi, Julian Bainbridge, Valeria and Egotot b2b Wencel. Let yourself be carried by the music - playful electronica, house, and experimental grooves will lead you through the day and into the night, where techno takes over.

For Julian, Martin, and Egotot, this takeover is close to home - with Ravensburg and the Biberach district in their DNA, they’re bringing their crew to celebrate on familiar ground.

Episode #47 mixed by Valeria, resident of Schimmer Records, knows her selection by heart. Vinyl meets digital, eachtransition sharp, each groove alive. Together with the Schimmer family, she brought the journey to Gdansk - a night at Crackhouse, where walls hum with stories and ship cranes watch over the dancefloor.

It was her closing set, the sun already breaking in the early hours. Pumping energy into tired legs, she carried the dancers further, deeper, longer. Between
steel and sea air, the mix unfolded - raw and unique like the location itself. A fleeting moment, pressed into sound, and left behind like a trace of light.

Our episode of the Schimmer podcast series is mixed by Dutch artist Tripeo.

Over the years, Tripeo has edged out an exceptional corner of the techno spectrum for himself. Brought to life as Darko Esser’s puristic alter ego, he has gradually returned to his namegiver’s eclectic roots, while also delving deeper into his musical metier.

46th episode of our Groovbox podcast series with drums and flow mixed by Kassy – a French DJ and producer from Paris. He began his career as a drummer in a classical orchestra, discovered electronic music at the age of 16, and has never looked back since.

Today, he is a resident DJ at Conceptual Violence and Subtle Radio. His sound combines club energy with the mentality of a musician.

The 59th episode of Schimmer’s podcast series was recorded by Berlin-based DJ and promoter Reka Zalan.

Reka is known for hypnotic depths and percussive drives — always tuned to atmosphere and often drawn to the gloomier sides of Techno. Her sets, whether digital or vinyl, move forward, outward, and inward, balancing tension and flow.

A dinner in twelve servings.
Jones&Roth love to cook both in the kitchen and the studio, and with The Menu, they serve a full evening’s experience. It begins, as many great evenings do, with a quiet reunion. „Lange nicht gesehn“. A glance across the table, a shared memory, a familiar warmth. The conversation flows, playful and hungry – Fish and Chips, I Wanna Eat.

As the evening unfolds, the flavors deepen. Curry brings heat, Biang Biang adds texture, and Garnelen für Zwei speaks of closeness, shared bites, and unspoken things. There’s spice in the air, maybe even Shakshuka bubbling gently in the background. Somewhere, Alberto from Pipaso tells a story – his Verdegang winding through herbs, gardens, and time.

Later, the mood shifts.
Jungle vibes - Sick Pad Thai lands on the table with bold confidence, while Halloumi offers dubby comfort in contrast. A Ketks between sips, sweet and unexpected serving the trippy contribution to the night. Then instrumental trap infused Dessert Fendi to finish and to put you into your dreams.

Finally, a last surprise: a remix of Curry, reimagined like a digestif, lingering on the palate and in the mind by fellow cooking friend Julian Bainbridge. A carefully curated evening of house and heart, playful details and polished taste.

On June 14th, we celebrate the 6th anniversary of Schimmer Records – a label with its roots in Stuttgart.

The Schimmer Records crew has been shaping the European techno scene for years. Their selection stands for quality, consistency, and an authentic approach to sound and electronic music – from classic club-oriented beats to more experimental structures.

This night, we’re giving them full control of our space. It’s going to be intense and uncompromising – exactly how Schimmer Records has been operating since 2019.

Additionally, the night is powered by Jägermeister – keep an eye out for special deals on Jäger shots and cocktails at both of our bars.

We’re back for the episode of our Schimmer podcast series with Sev Dah. Now available on our Soundcloud channel.

Berlin, Detroit, Birmingham and, of course, Sarajevo. Bosnian-built and -bred Sev Dah may be a Swedish expat, but the Balkan blackness clings strongly to the bleak percussions and rigidly uneasy synthetics that unwillingly fuse into his strongly individual take on techno.

We’re back with episode #43 of our Groovebox podcast series – mixed by New York based Sekucci.

Sekucci’s genre bending sound is deeply rooted in diasporic rhythms that spring from the underground cultural crossroads of Paris, Berlin, London, and New York. As a dj and producer, their musical approach is heavily influenced by the production and recollection of emotion, along with the reshaping of sound into affective forms.
