I visited the Live Painting and Exhibition of on Wednesday

Her paintings are inspired by nature and beautiful flowers. In this picture, she painted a camellia flower - 山茶 (Tsubaki)
Kodama Kozue smiled beautifully and worked on her artwork joyfully.
She showed me her book full of flowers and different plants. There she got her motives for her paintings.

She will also participate Nippon Connection Festival in Frankfurt on 27.05. and 01.06.

I bought a bag with Mount Fuji and Cherry blossoms 🌸
As a bonus, I got Origami papers with cherry blossoms.

Meet Mayumi Inayama-Thenent a certified tea instructor from Japan. She offers Japanese teas and tea ceremony. Most of the tea is imported from Japan directly. 🇯🇵🍃

Our first encounter was in Bonsai Zentrum Heidelberg, where she held a Japanese tea ceremony. I learned about the order of the Japanese tea ceremony. The whole tea ceremony was like a ritual and had a meditative effect. Thanks to her, I knew about the Japan Day Event in Stuttgart.

In this picture are Mayumi-san and her stall. There, she sold not only tea and its accessories but also freshly prepared drinks such as Matcha Latte and Houjicha Cocoa Latte. I tried the Houjicha Cocoa Latte, and it was delicious 😋

We walked through Bangkok and discovered a cute street with Japanese and Korean restaurants. Of course, we had to visit a Japanese Café. I was so fascinated with the decor and room design. The entry was small and cute. There, you order everything, then you go upstairs and select your favorite spot.
