Two hobbies, one happy human!🙌
Running clears my mind, and playing bass fills it back up with music.

Grateful for both the miles and the melodies.

If you can laugh together at the same nonsense, congrats—you’re basically soulmates with a sense of humor.😂🔥

Huge shoutout to my wife — she just ran her first ever 10K with me in training! 🏃‍♀️🔥
No race, no crowds, just pure determination and hard work. Couldn’t be prouder of her discipline and drive. ❤️

Running with my wife has become one of my favorite parts of the day. 🏃‍♂️❤️🏃‍♀️
It’s amazing how much better a run feels when you’re sharing it with your best friend. We motivate each other, laugh through the tough moments, celebrate the small wins, and come home feeling stronger—physically and as a team.

If you’ve never tried running with your partner, give it a shot. It turns exercise into quality time, and the miles go by so much faster when you’re doing them together. ❤️👟

Dedicated lanes make our cities safer, cleaner, and healthier. They reduce traffic, cut emissions, and give everyone—from cyclists to pedestrians—a safe space to move. Plus, they encourage daily exercise and help create more livable, community-friendly neighborhoods.

Let’s keep supporting better mobility for a greener future! 🌍✨

Started mixing running and biking and honestly… I’m not sure if I’m training for a race or accidentally preparing for a triathlon I never signed up for.

Running: “Let’s build endurance!”
Biking: “Let’s pretend we’re in the Tour de France!”
Me: “Let’s try not to fall over.”

But hey, my legs are confused, my lungs are confused, and apparently that’s called fitness. 😂💪

I’ve been keeping up my runs here in Germany even as the temperatures drop, and honestly, it’s been surprisingly rewarding. Sure, stepping outside when it’s 1–3°C isn’t exactly fun, but the moment I start moving, the cold turns into motivation instead of an obstacle.

There’s something special about winter runs here—the quiet streets, the foggy mornings, the forests covered in frost. It feels like the whole world slows down, and I actually get space to think.

A few things that help me survive the cold:
✔️ Layer up properly
✔️ Gloves are a must
✔️ Warm up before you speed up
✔️ Watch out for icy spots
✔️ Enjoy the peaceful vibes

Winter running has been such a mood booster. Even on gray days, it wakes me up, clears my head, and somehow makes that post-run coffee taste 10x better. If you’re in Germany and thinking about skipping your run because it’s cold—just try going for a short one. You might end up loving it too.

Stay warm and keep moving! 💪❄️

I’ve started training early to work on my conditioning and speed. I’ve learned that lack of preparation can easily lead to injuries and long recovery time, so I’m taking this journey seriously.

My goal is to hit a new PR—finishing in under 4 hours! As a slower runner, I know I need to put in extra time and effort, and I’m all in.

I’m especially motivated because I officially secured a slot for the 2026 Berlin Marathon! 🏃‍♂️✨
Excited for the grind and the progress ahead!
