I finished seeing the movie SUITS yesterday, and my brain picked up these few words:

- Work until you no longer have to introduce yourself.
- When your backs are against the wall, break the goddamn thing down.
- Goals so big you get uncomfortable telling small-minded people.
- You always have a choice.
-If you want to change your life, change the way you think.
- The difference between you and me: YOU want to lose small, I want to win big.
- It will happen because I am going to make it happen.
- Don't raise your voice; improve your argument.
- You want to change your life, change the way you think.
- 97% of the people who gave up are employed by the 3% who never gave up.
- Loyalty is a two-way street. If I’m asking for it from you, then you’re getting it from me.

Let's talk about SELF CONFIDENCE!

Truth is, it is a gradual process that involves SELF REFLECTION, SELF ACCEPTANCE and SELF IMPROVEMENT.

First thing about building self confidence is KNOWING and APPRECIATING your LIMITATIONS.

You're HUMAN and not SUPERMAN, realize this, recognize and work with that.
You CANNOT know and do everything.

Identify your STRENGTHS, no man is born without a talent.
Make a list of your SKILLS, TALENTS and ACHIEVEMENTS. Whether big or small.
Focus on the POSITIVE and celebrate your SUCCESSES.

Surround yourself with POSITIVE INFLUENCES. Don't get close to people or things that'll make you DOUBT yourself.

Also, CHALLENGE and change NEGATIVE self talk.
When you notice negative thoughts, challenge them with EVIDENCE to the contrary.

If the THOUGHTS of you're not good enough creep into your mind, remind yourself of the times when you have SUCCEEDED and CELEBRATE yourself.

CHALLENGE yourself by STEPPING out of your COMFORT ZONE. Remember it is a place that limits your strength.

Most importantly, do not neglect the GOD factor, He's your MAKER, your manufacturer and He knows every wiring about your entire being.

Talk to Him like a FRIEND, and He'll HELP you.
