Wir haben unsere Azubis gestern zum Frühstück eingeladen und die nochmal final besprochen.

Was ist gut gelaufen? Was hatte noch Potential? 🤔💬

Für unsere Azubis war es die erste Veranstaltung, die sie alleine organisiert, geplant und durchgeführt haben.

Wir sind mächtig stolz auf ihre Leistung und finden das Frühstück haben sie sich mehr als verdient 💪🚀!

At our customer evapcoinc, a high-performance WeldFil welding fume extraction system with an airflow capacity of 7,500–10,800 m³/h was installed to improve air quality and optimize working conditions throughout the production area 💨👍.

The system includes 10 extraction arms -four with a length of 10 meters and six with 7 meters – enabling efficient source capture directly at the welding stations.

The result 👉 cleaner air, safer workplaces and reliable system performance in daily operation!

Schülerprojekt zur Aufwind – Preis für den besten Entwicklungsprozess 🏅🚀!

Im Rahmen der Aufwind haben fünf Schülerinnen des Gymnasium Georgianum über mehrere Wochen hinweg an ihrem Schülerprojekt bei uns vor Ort getüftelt – und wurden dafür mit dem Preis für den besten Entwicklungsprozess ausgezeichnet 💪.

Entstanden sind zwei interaktive Spielmodule: zum Entdecken, Ausprobieren, Forschen und Verstehen 🧐. Mit Rohren, Luft, Bewegung, Kugeln, Wasser – und ganz viel Kreativität.

Das Schönste 👉 Die Module haben schon auf der Aufwind für leuchtende Kinderaugen gesorgt. Und jetzt bekommen sie ein neues Zuhause: bei grosstagespflege_bumblebee 🐝 – einer Großtagespflege für Kinder bis drei Jahren in Vreden 🧡!

From workshop to the podium! 👏🥉

Our dual student Jan was invited to “Festival der Visionen” with his self-developed CNC milling project - and secured 3rd place 🙌.

What makes it even more impressive: In a workshop of just 7.5 m², he is currently building his second CNC milling machine completely on his own - from CAD design to high-precision manufacturing!

His smart space-saving enclosure concept brings maximum machining possibilities even into the smallest space! 👍

We're excited to see what else Jan comes up with and incredibly proud 💪🚀!

At our customer Rook B.V. in Sint Jansklooster, we helped improve air quality across demanding production areas 💨.

A central WeldFil welding fume extraction system with up to 21,600 m3/h and two SmartFil extraction system units with 4m extraction arms ensure efficient capture directly at the source.

👉 Result: cleaner air, better working conditions and a more efficient production!

Laughs for a good cause 🎭🧡!

We had the pleasure of welcoming cabaret artist Heike Sauer (aka Marlies Blume) to our InnoLab this week 🎉.

She brought topics such as gender equality, the childcare gap, and societal expectations to the stage with fun, bite, and heart 🧡!

Laugh, reflect, and do something good. The entire event, which is part of „Frau & Beruf“, supports a women’s shelter in the district of Borken 👏.
