The General Assembly of the United Nations established this day to recognize aid workers who risk their lives to provide humanitarian aid. There are people who do incredible volunteer work every day!

The Cosmikk Foundation, founded from Karsten and Uwe, aims to honor and actively support the work of humanitarian aid workers. The Cosmikk-Foundation provides NGOs in crisis areas with free access to high-quality coaching. The financial aid provided by NGOs usually serves the NGO's intended purpose. The Cosmikk Foundation, on the other hand, recognizes the people doing this incredible work and follows the motto, "We help the helpers."

Today is National Relaxation Day! While it started in the USA, the idea is relevant worldwide: a stressful workday requires relaxation — and people can only thrive if they take time to recharge 🔋. Constant stress isn’t just unpleasant; it’s a real risk to our health, with both physical and psychological consequences.
