Many thanks to the Lithuanian Documentary Film Festival - LDFF, Čiurlionio Art Gallery Chicago, Ateitis Foundation, Draugas News, and all my dear Lithuanians in Chicago who came to my film First Class Citizen produced by Zen DiVision screenings.
Your insights, questions, and reactions have added immense value to the movie. The locations of the screenings were so touching... I could find libraries of Lithuanian books, archives, a museum of medicine, children's classes, the spirit of the old cloister, etc... I remember when I was a little girl my beloved exiled grandfather received letters with red and blue lines on the envelope from Illinois and now I'm here...
It was healing after the experience that my son has no right to speak Lithuanian, to visit Lithuania, and to see his Lithuanian mother he has a right only 4 times per year. This all happened in Sweden and was decided by Swedish institutions.

Once again, thank you, dear organizers, Audra Elle, Daina Cyvas, Viktorija Cernicenko, Ramune Motekaitis, and others for your dedication, and thank you, audience, for your presence. Your support inspires me to continue advocating for stories that deserve to be shared. ❤

Our movie First Class Citizen produced by Zen DiVision and directed by Diana Maria Olsson was screened at the International Children Care Film Festival (ICCFF) in Paris last year. In 2023 Diana Maria Olsson was honored to have been chosen as a Jury member. The meaningful festival is raising awareness of how to protect children and make a difference in children's lives through cinema. ♥️🪄✨
