I once thought that people who are constantly working are the top.

People who are always pushing.

People who just sit in that pain.

That was the highest peak I could reach.

And I got to the stage of constantly working.

Constantly being busy.

But I was not really getting closer to what I wanted.

I was damaging my mental health.

And I was not really getting the best results.

The reason is because I spent no time at all thinking about the things I was doing.

Just doing.

I got nowhere.

So I learned that I needed to slow down.

Find out what to do.

To get what I want.

And focus my energy there.

On the outside, I don't look constantly busy.

I might even look lazy.

But I feel better, and get better results.

When we get older.

Time seems to move faster.

When we are children the years, months, days, hours, minutes, seconds and moments feel longer.

The reason being.

As children we live in the "now".

It's not time that moves faster.

But your perception of it makes it feel like it.

Instead of focusing on what is happening in our environment.

We are too engulfed in our thoughts.

So much so that we don't even notice seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years, lifetimes just flying by.

You need to regain control.

Stop letting your thoughts keep you out of reality.

Step back into the world.

Experience where you are, feel the sun on your face, the wind in your hair, the smell of grass and the sound of birds in the trees.

Come back to earth and start living again.

Clear your head and free it from endless thoughts.

Be in the now.

Been experimenting with AI tools to speed up marketing workflows, and Copy.ai’s Workflows feature has been pretty solid so far.

It lets you plug in customer data (from your CRM or manually), and then builds email sequences,
product copy, or landing page drafts based on that info.

What I liked:

Easy to test messaging across different ICPs.

Can scale copy production without burning out your team.

Reduces time spent on repetitive writing tasks.

Still testing where it fits best, but for teams doing a lot of outbound or launching multiple offers, it
might be worth looking into.

Open to swapping notes if anyone else has used it
