Grab your study-buddy and join Chronolog's writing workshop next Tuesday, when we learn how to write like researchers!📝

Chronolog has invited Elsa Yvanez, ass. prof. at UCPH, and Sofus Stenak, PhD student and prehistoric archaeologist, to speak at the workshop and teach us all about how to develop articles from coursework and how to prepare for peer review.

After, there will be opportunity to work on your own writings with help from the Chronolog editors (and some study-snacks, of course🥨).

The workshop will be held at Søndre Campus in room 12.0.47, Tuesday 19 May at 4pm.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Dear all.
The editorial board is being expanded with three new resourceful and talented members! We're very excited about this, and we want to make sure that they are getting a thorough introduction to the editor role. 🎉

Because of this, we have decided to move the publication date for our 3rd issue to Spring 2026.
This means you can submit your paper to us until 15 October 2025. 🖋📚

Give the post a read, and if you have any questions, email us at: [email protected] 📧

Maria (she/her) graduated Autumn 2024 and enjoys nothing more than bones – lots of bones, even
more bones…

She has participated in several field schools on how to osteology and has been
employed as the physical anthropologist on the Neo Assyrian excavation Yasin Tepe.

She is currently working at Museum Vestsjælland as a field archaeologist – which you can read more
about in the essay she and Anna/Oscar wrote in our second issue.

Maria is the powerhouse at Chronolog and coordinates the tasks at present as well as doing the SoMe.
We really need to find someone to share this with her! Especially, as she tends to travel to interesting
corners of Europe and Southwest Asia to work as an archaeologist with focus on – you guessed it –
bones! And not always with the best internet connection...
