Do you know that during dialysis, blood is removed from the body through the red tube, passed through the dialysis machine, and then reintroduced into the body through the blue tube.

This process is repeated for four hours while the patient remains immobile in bed.

The procedure is carried out three times a week, which results in twelve times a month, and each time it takes four hours, which results in a total of forty-eight hours a month.

For those not affected, this process of flushing your kidneys occurs automatically 36 times every day with zero effort or discomfort. fans

When people start making money, they start eating unhealthy thinking they are enjoying.

Don't use your money to kill yourself.

Go to a supermarket now, check an average person trolley.

3 big loaves of bread, milky doughnuts, fruit juices, carbonated drinks, seed oils, biscuits, chocolate etc.

These same people can easily afford fruits, eggs, green veggies, mix vegetables, coconut oil etc.

But they are there buying diseases for themselves and their families.

Don't let this person be you.

Prioritize your health and that of your family.

Honored to Share My Achievement! 🌟

I am thrilled to announce that I secured 5th place in Denmark in the prestigious Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz!✨

This global initiative, organized by the Government of India, connects the Indian diaspora and foreign nationals to India's rich history, culture, and heritage. Competing with participants from around the world was an inspiring experience that deepened my understanding of India’s vibrant legacy.

Adding to this honor, I was felicitated by Ambassador Manish Prabhat Sir at the Embassy of India in Denmark during the celebration of India's 76th Republic Day. It was a truly proud and humbling moment for me to be recognized in such a meaningful setting. 🙏

A heartfelt thank you to the organizers, the Embassy of India in Denmark!

This achievement motivates me to continue learning, sharing, and celebrating the essence of India on global platforms. 🌍

Today is , a reminder of the importance of mental well-being in all areas of life, especially in the workplace. Mental health isn’t just a personal issue—it’s a business priority.

A healthy workplace is one where open conversations about mental health are encouraged, where stress management is part of the culture, and where employees feel supported, not overwhelmed. Yet, many still feel uncomfortable seeking help, fearing stigma or judgment.

It's time we rethink how we approach mental health at work. By fostering environments that prioritize psychological safety, offering flexible work arrangements, and providing access to resources like counseling and mental health days, we can create workplaces where people can thrive—not just survive.

Supporting mental health is not only the right thing to do, it’s the smart thing to do. Happy, healthy employees lead to more productivity, creativity, and overall success for everyone.

Let’s keep the conversation going and commit to making mental well-being a workplace priority every day.

Remember this Kenyan runner Abel Mutai who was just a few feet from the finish line, but became confused with the signage and stopped, thinking he had completed the race. A Spanish runner, Ivan Fernandez, was right behind him and, realizing what was happening, started shouting at the Kenyan to continue running. Mutai didn't know Spanish and didn't understand. Realizing what was taking place, Fernandez pushed Mutai to victory.

A journalist asked Ivan, "Why did you do that?" Ivan replied, "My dream is that someday we can have a kind of community life where we push and help each other to win."
The journalist insisted "But why did you let the Kenyan win?" Ivan replied, "I didn't let him win, he was going to win. The race was his." The journalist insisted, and again asked, "But you could have won!" Ivan looked at him and replied, "But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honor in that medal?
What would my Mother think of that?"

Values are passed on from generation to generation.

What values are we teaching our children?

Let us not teach our kids the wrong ways and means to WIN.

Instead, let us pass on the beauty and humanity of a helping hand. Because honesty and ethics are WINNING!

Go In Courage..........
