Some people give up just when they are inches away from success. Nothing in life comes easily; success won’t come to you if you simply fold your arms and wait for it. You have to work for it.

This is the powerful message Cameroonian artist FG Production (FG 88) delivers in his new opus"Jamais baisser les bras.”

At its core, the song is a vibrant celebration of determination, hard work, and resilience.

If there’s one song that has defined 2024 into 2025, it’s “Holy Ghost” by Gasper V

It’s rare for a single track to captivate both Christian and secular audiences but “Holy Ghost” has done it with ease.

Cameroon hasn’t seen this kind of crossover resonance since the days of Agatha Moses, Mendo Ze’s “Asimba,” and Makoma.

Gasper V’s intentional collaboration with Cornel Grace, who brought in a tuneful Nso intonation and a lineup of exceptional talents produced an infectious anthem now echoing in churches, weddings, nightclubs , everywhere good music lives.

Driven by a thumping, pulsating rhythm layered with "Njang" percussion rooted in Cameroon’s North West, the song hits with cultural depth and irresistible energy.

And his performance at CIMFEST sealed it; the crowd vibed, dancing and singing every lyric.

🇳🇬💔😢Nigerian victim of a r0mance scąm Onyeka narrates her story "Danish Deception"

For the past days, attention has drifted from Netflix 😅

Onyeka Ehie went to TikT0k and created a 25-plus-part series titled “The Danish Deception.”

What happened ?

In 2022, reality-TV alum and Dallas realtor Onyeka Ehie was on vacation in Croatia when she met a man who seemed like the embodiment of a fairy-tale romance.

He was tall, blond, blue-eyed, impeccably dressed, and carried himself with the confidence of a man who had never struggled a day in his life.

From the moment he approached her at a beach club, everything about him felt like a movie: the charm, the wit, the way he talked about the world as if he owned a piece of it.

He told her he was Danish; a former Olympian, and distantly connected to the Danish royal family. His passport, his contacts, and his lifestyle all seemed to support the story.

He worked in tech, traveled constantly, and appeared to have access to wealth most people only fantasize about.

He swept Onyeka into a whirlwind romance; spontaneous trips to Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, and stays in five-star hotels. He picked up every bill with ease. He showered her with attention, affection, and promises of a glittering future.

It felt safe to trust him. It felt real. It felt meant to be.

But woven into the luxury was the first thread of deception.

After a few months, he began asking for small amounts of money. He would explain that his accounts were temporarily “frozen” due to international transfers or tax issues ; nothing alarming, just the kind of hiccup wealthy global professionals occasionally face.

The requests were small at first. A few hundred dollars for a flight he needed to book quickly, a short-term loan for an apartment payment that needed to be made before his “main accounts cleared.”

Because he had spent so much on her and because he had never given her a reason to doubt him, Onyeka decided to help.

She considered it a normal part of a serious relationship, something couples do for one another. He always promised he would pay her back.

As the relationship intensified, things moved quickly.

Within months they were engaged, and soon after they were married. He relocated to the United States with her, settling into her life in Dallas. She believed she had found her partner in every sense; emotionally, spiritually, and practically.

But once he was in the U.S., the cracks grew deeper.

The financial “emergencies” escalated from hundreds to thousands, then tens of thousands.

His stories grew more elaborate; taxes, international banking freezes, business complications.

Onyeka was a successful realtor, financially responsible, and deeply in love. So each time, she stepped in to help. But she began to notice inconsistencies, strange gaps in his stories, and a growing sense that his glamorous background might not be entirely real.

Worse, she learned that he wasn’t only asking her for money.

He was reaching out to her family; her parents, her friends, even her younger sister.

In one case, he convinced a friend to give him $300,000 in crypt0currency, claiming it was part of a tech investment that needed immediate funding.

Onyeka slowly began piecing together an alarming pattern; the spending, the stories, the charm, the urgency. All of it aligned with someone masking a severe gąmbl!ng add!ction.

By the time she fully realized what was happening, the financial damage was staggering. Between the losses she absorbed personally and the money taken from her family and friends, the total exceeded half a m!llion d0llars.

Still, she tried to salvage the marriage. She tried to help him seek treatment, to understand the depth of his lies, to find some hope of healing what had been broken. But each conversation led only to more manipulation, more excuses, and more contradictions about who he was and what he wanted.

Then suddenly and without warning, he asked for a div0rce.

He had achieved what he needed: a US marriage, a green card, and access to resources that allowed him to fuel his add!ction. Once the divorce was finalized in November 2025, he vanished from her life.

Left behind was debt, betrayal, emotional devastation and the realization that the man she married was not the man she thought she knew.

He had constructed an entire identity for the purpose of deceiving her and anyone close to her who could be exploited.

Onyeka is sharing her story to protect others from predators who are skilled at appearing perfect.

At first glance, one might assume this scene depicts a village in Cameroon🇨🇲. But no ! this is France 🇫🇷

A Cameroonian resident in France, Leruss Parfait, has chosen to recreate the essence of a traditional Cameroonian village life right where he lives abroad.

Each day, he leaves his home on a bicycle and heads into the woods dressed in authentic African hunting attire, accompanied by his bush lamp, ready to hunt for game just as it is done back home.

After the hunt, Le Russ prepares his catch using a traditional firewood kitchen setup reminiscent of rural Cameroon.

He has built his own “banda” for drying corn, as well as a rustic grill for roasting and cooking meat, preserving the exact feel of a village culinary experience.

He often invites friends to gather around the fire, sharing food, stories, and laughter, evoking the warm communal spirit found in Cameroonian village life.

Deeply rooted in his heritage, Le Russ draws inspiration from Minta, Cameroon, the place he proudly hails from.
By transforming his environment, he keeps his memories alive and celebrates the cultural identity that shaped him.

Fans have truly been missing Pascal “Yung King.”

Back in September 2020, Pascal announced that he was stepping away from the music industry, since he couldn’t coexist with Jovi.

Though it sounded like a joke at the time, nearly five years have passed and he has remained distant from the scene.

After later apologizing to Jovi, Pascal admitted that only the “Mboko god” could bring him back, acknowledging that it was through Jovi that he first gained recognition.

“Na Jovi hold key for all thing… if I’m at peace with you, Godlove, that’s the only time I’m going to get back,” he stated.

Jovi, for his part, had reproached Pascal for being disrespectful.

Since then, Pascal has kept his distance from music and public performances. He could rather be seen often dressed casually to pursue his daily hustle, monikering himself "Chief Bambeh"

But thanks to Cameroon International Music Festival in Buea, he has rekindled the hopes of his fans. He performed yesterday, and it was clear how much the crowd had missed him; they sang every lyric word for word, recording with their phones as they welcomed back an artist who had been absent from the spotlight for five years.

Pascal’s music has always stood out for its storytelling and relatability. He is celebrated for tracks such as "Pikin 4 Sun", "King Don Kam", "Makero", and "Check Sense".
