Outer Village is an estate of experienced electronic music producers with one common vision to help shape the future of bass-oriented, experimental electronic music in Copenhagen. It’s a collective of open-minded artists inspired by alien grooves, ambivalent ambience, noise-infused soundscapes and distorted breakbeats. In this regard, a crucial part of its identity is an insistence on an eclectic

approach, welcoming and encouraging new blends and styles. The Village works actively toward hybrid outputs, expanding our roots to support fresh, as of yet unseen, connections in the Copenhagen underground.

Outer Village Audio presents our 18th release and a new series: Excursions.

Excursions is a compact VA EP format to showcase diverse and forward thinking electronic music from the local tribes and beyond. For our first in the series, a more experimental orientation of deep-end electronica is in the spotlight.

The first track is a playful piece by , who engages in harmonic IDM and experimental rhythmics with a great sense of development and journey.
