We are so happy to announce that our first original animated series HIDDEN ISLANDS will be premiering on SkyShowtime Nordic later this year. Hidden Islands marks SkyShowtime’s first animated original series.
Hidden Islands is a comedy action-adventure series targeted to the 4–8-year-olds and their families, exploring themes of nature, adventure, friendship, environmental awareness and teamwork. It will consist of 20 seven-minute episodes.
Hidden Islands tells the story of three kids who end up on a mythical group of islands and soon realise that this is no ordinary place; the place is slightly out of sync with the rest of the world, and it holds a big secret - a secret that will changes their lives and which could save the world! The three kids must use all their wit and work together to find the hidden clues that can help them unfold the mystery and get back home.
Hidden Islands is produced with support from The Public Service Fund in Denmark. Development financing was provided by Midnight Sun in Sweden, with production financing from OYA Copenhagen.
