A big loss for climate science - Konrad Steffen dies in an accident in Greenland
We were very fortunate to meet Konrad, and also interview him in Greenland for our feature documentary Planet RE:think. Konrad, a leading Swiss climate researcher, has for more than 40 years conducting research into climate change in the Arctic and Antarctic.
In respect for Konrad and all his important scientific work on climate change, we have included the chapter, with Konrad, about the constant accelerating melting of the Arctic that contributes to global sea-level rise.
The rate of ice loss has risen seven-fold, from 33 billion tonnes per year in the 1990s to 254 billion tonnes per year in the last decade.

World Oceans Day!

Find out more about the crisis currently unfolding in our oceans and what YOU can do to change it.
The oceans are being destroyed by micro-plastic and pollution from highly toxic chemicals from industry and domestic sources. We need to eliminate this pollution.

35 milliarder liter urenset spildevand i Øresund - er det ambitiøst?!?
Del vores film som beskriver hvorfor vi STRAKS bør stoppe udledning af urenset spildevand og samtidigt OPGRADERE vores rensningsanlæg til også at kunne håndtere kemisk mikrofiltrering. Det vil kunne rense mere end 90% af toksiske kemikalier i vores spildevand, og vil blot koste 100-150 DKR per. borger - en halv måneds fitness abonnement!

Som en kæmpe BONUS kan de opgraderede rensningsanlæg samtidigt fungere som en effektiv KLIMA LØSNING. I et rent hav kan plankton absorbere DOBBELT så meget CO2 som i dag - fra 12 til 24 Gigatons per år. Hvad venter vi på?

De sidste 50 år har vi mistet 40-50% af jordens plankton (kilde: NASA) pga. netop udledning af kemikalier samt mikroplastik. Plankton absorberer mere end 50% af vores CO2 og producerer 70% af vores Oxygen.

FLASHBACK Monday!

Going through some old photos we found this one from Tasiilaq on the East Coast of Greenland.

Ace & Ace had the pleasure of filming the Arctic Team Challenge in this remote part of the world from 2001-2008. The race was at the time among the hardest adventure races in the world and we had to get around this hard terrain also...............

Tasiilaq, Ammasalik island, East Greenland, ATC 2006. Ace & Ace filmed and produced a 26 minute TV documentary here about one of the hardest adventure races in the world - The Arctic Team Challenge in East Greenland. It is a 250 km race across the wild, rugged and spectacular terrain in the arctic.....

Ace & Ace has produced a number of new films for Red Bull.

Check out pro-drifting champion Mad Mike Whiddett tearing up an old race course along the idyllic roads of Vejle in Denmark in his custom-built 1200hp twin-turbo Mazda MX5.

The films are produced by Ace & Ace in co-production with Thomas Fink.

Mike Whiddett, bedre kendt som Mad Mike, skyder foråret ind med en ikke helt normal søndagstur i sin drifting racer 'RADBUL'.

Ace & Ace har produceret en kort-film for Rigsadvokaten om brug af anklagerrobotter og algoritmer.

En paneldebat skulle besvare spørgsmålet: "Kan robotter og kunstig intelligens erstatte anklagere?".

Rigsadvokaten, Ole Hasselgaard, styrede debatten mellem en robot-forsker, en direktør fra Microsoft, og en dommer. Panel diskussionen var fyldt med sjove og interessante indlæg.

Kan robotter erstatte anklagere i retssalene? Store dele af det danske retssystem vil med tiden kunne automatiseres, lyder den opsigtsvækkende udmelding fra…

Ace&Ace has produced a “World’s First” for

Check out and share our latest film “Horacio Llorens paragliding with Starling murmurations”.

The film is produced by Ace&Ace in co-production with Thomas Fink.

Horacio Llorens (Spain), Acro Paragliding World Champion, is the first in the World to fly with Starling murmurations as a paraglider.

Horacio Llorens used a special engineered electrical engine to get as close to the birds as possible.

"I really don’t want to disturb the birds, I just want to try to fly with them and feel as a part of the flock. Try to be one of them for a little while, you know? Even just for a few seconds."

Advisory Board for cirkulær økonomi blev nedsat i oktober 2016, bestående af 12 erhvervsledere og med Flemming Besenbacher fra Carlsberg som formand. I dag har Advisory Boardet afleveret 27 anbefalinger til miljø- og fødevareminister Esben Lunde Larsen og erhvervsminister Brian Mikkelsen.
